A bit away from the center but a peaceful place. openly said: Elbasan is not worth more than a day - if you don't have a car to see the surrounding area.

The kitchen and its facilities should be a bit more taken care of.

The hosting lady was very flexible as I booked the place late in the evening in offseason and so despite being a bit unprepared for my visit, she did everything to feel in comfort. So I didn't need to share the dorm with anyone, as I was totally alone. Thank you for the chance! :) The bathroom and the dorm were both very clean!

The room was not en suite. No heating. Although, at least at this time of the year, the blankets provided were more than enough. No TV. I personally see this as a big plus but others may think otherwise. Cash only.

As per other guests' reviews, this is actually a homestay. My room was big and comfortable. I was also able to get it completely dark for a good night's sleep. The location, although relatively far from the center, also made it all very quiet. Simple but excellent organic breakfast. The host was very friendly and helpful.

There is no room heater but more than enough blankets to stay warm while sleeping. Not a deal breaker

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location wasn't too bad. The hostel was super clean with several different small buildings housing the dorm facilities. Breakfast was good and filling. Nice start to the day. Great value for the money.

this is the best place in Elbasan, I can work on the computer quietly and the staff is always at the ready for any of my needs. my week here was worth it, and Fatima makes the best traditional breakfast in Albania here in the morning. it is worth your time to see beautiful Elbasan and the Elbasan backpackers hostel. ky është vendi më i mirë në Elbasan, unë mund të punoj në kompjuter në heshtje dhe stafi është gjithmonë i gatshëm për çdo nevojë timen. Javën time këtu ia vlejti dhe Fatima e bën mëngjesin më të mirë tradicional në Shqipëri këtu në mëngjes. ia vlen koha juaj për të parë Elbasanin e bukur dhe bujtinat e Elbasanit.

Nothing to mention

I extended my stay because it was so peaceful here. The lady in charge let me hang my laundry in the family area of the garden. And the best gesture of all, because I had a very early bus on the day of my departure, she packed hardboiled eggs, a thick slice of cheese and a huge chunk of bread for my 'breakfast'. It was super nice of her.

If there's something that bothered me, it's the mosquitoes around the place due to the greenery and animals. BUT the lady in charge very nicely provided a special lamp that discouraged insects. The location is a bit far from the town centre, but in compensation it's very quiet

The two boys worked methodologically to keep the place clean. They were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The location is in a tranquil area and people can just relax

It‘s not that close to the city but with busses you can easily get there.

Fatima is such a great host. We loved the breakfast and the friendly atmosphere at the place. If you need anything you can always ask Fatima for help. The outdoor kitchen was always clean and the place overall is really nice to stay at in contrast to the crowded city.

It’s a nice small family hostel. The host was very hospitable and friendly. Even though she doesn’t speak English very well she tried to communicate with us. The breakfast was delicious(home eggs, cheese, jam, bread) and we even got freshly cut of grapes.

Very good experience! Lovely place, surrounded by wonderful people. The atmosphere is calm, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time it is ideal for meeting and talking with very nice people.
