Very friendly Staff ! From the Receptionist to the Cleaningstaff i felt very welcome!

We booked a standard room but I think they moved us up to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very spacious and comfortable (we walked past some standard rooms and they were much smaller but still about what you would expect from a Holiday Inn or similar so enough for most people). The shower was a bit beaten up but worked ok. There was a great selection of options at breakfast and it tasted good. The views from the restaurant are lovely and the pool was a little murky but a good size. The outside areas generally had some litter that needs dealing with and some of the kids play equipment looks well worn out but there was plenty of space when we were there and the overall layout is well done. It's close to nature trails and the beach.

The hotel has some issues with slightly salty cold water which affects the sanitary system. They are aware of this and are planning to renew it.

The great restaurant with perfect food and the terrace with amazing view. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. You could notice that they were proud of working at the hotel and formed a great crew. From the moment of warm welcome at the check in until the goodbye which ended in a big hug. We felt very welcome and at home.

I feel that management needs to pay a little more attention to the look of the resort as it could do with an uplift. The taps in the bathroom were old and not working properly. General furnishing in the room could do with an upgrade and chairs on the balcony would have been nice. I also found that the description of the room on Bookings.com and what we got when we walked into our room was not what we expected, which left us very disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The guy at reception spoke very good English. The breakfast was amazing, a wide variety and sufficient for everyone. My children loved the pool. Beautiful resort in nature!

Very friendly staff. The resort was a bit outdated and could use a renovation here and there, but i really liked the resort with the animals there. I would certainly recommend the place but keep in mind that it’s not a 10 out of 10 for western standards (but it was for me 😉)…

The staff is not so friendly. The bathrooms are ridiculous small and need to be refreshed. The hotel is not well soundproofed.

Breakfast was not that great. Hotel suffers a common Albanian problem of not being maintained in some areas. Couldn’t understand a) why the water in the bathroom was salty and b) why the showers were made of super slippery marble.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Divjaka Resort and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. My stay at Divjaka Resort was exceptional, a serene oasis in the heart of the national park. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with stunning views. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. Activities like bird watching and nature walks added special value. I recommend this resort for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience close to nature.

No staff on check-in or check-out. Nothing to do once you arrived at the resort. It was not really clear when the pools were open (so it was disappointing that when we checked, the pools were empty). The shower head wasn’t clean.

The property is dated. The room and especially the bathroom were in bad condition. The bathroom was quite dirty, had broken tiles and every piece of metal in the bathroom seemed to be corroding. The staff was disinterested and unfriendly. They didn’t seem to be expecting us when we checked in a few hours post check in time. We asked about attractions in the area and the person on the check-in counter directed us to the tourist information centre which was a few minutes away by car. When we got there a few minutes after, it was closed. We discovered the pool, the gardens, the animals and the breakfast by ourself. The didn’t inform us about the property and the facilities. We had to go and ask about the checkout time because they didn’t tell us that either. Checking out was equally transactional and impolite.

The location is great. One can walk to the beach directly from the property grounds. A long pier leads to the lagoons and then a beach. The property also has sprawling gardens that are well maintained with 3 ostriches, peacocks and a few other domesticated birds.

The rooms were so dirty it was disgusting. We tried to not touch anything too much. We were really reliefed when we were able to leave this place. Breakfast was also not good at all. Worst experience in an Hotel in Europe we ever had.

The management of the hotel, are they sleeping? Everything is falling apart, bad breakfast, they couldn't provide transport or entertainment, the staff looks demotivated, which is not their fault. And the mosquitoes - there are a lot of tools on the marked against them, just invest a bit , it's the first thing to do when you run a hotel in the sump. Even in Afrika they have nets arround the bed.

Firstly, when we arrived, was difficult to find someone at reception and check-in. There was no wifi signal in the room, despite staff claimed that there is. No there really isn't and if customer complain about it, staff should at least to check it. Breakfast was from 8:00 till 10:00. When we arrived at 8:20, we had to wait additional 20 min. We had family room with extandable sofa, but it can't be used for sleeping as hotel pretends.

Pool is really great. Very nice location and surrounding.
