My stay was too short :(

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. To my surprise, I was given a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even more memorable. The breakfast was delicious and the views from the hotel were stunning. I can't wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

A score of 10 isn't really enough for the Elysium. It's a truly excellent hotel. From beginning to end we had an amazing time. They kindly upgraded our room for free! The room was spacious and clean with a great view from the balcony. The staff were so friendly, helpful and accomodating throughout our stay. The included breakfast was excellent and very varied. Lunch and dinner were also available at the hotel, the quality was great and price very reasonable. The pool at the hotel was absolutely lovely. The private beach was also excellent, it has private sun beds and the hotel has a shuttle service to the beach(!). Could not recommend this place enough.

Lovely property with its own beach area accessible with a free shuttle from the hotel. Friendly, professional staff. Very nice breakfast buffet, and a great restaurant on site for breakfast and lunch. Beautiful pool and views. Wonderful spot to relax and enjoy

Everything was actually great, loved every single bit of it!

Everything, the rooms were minimalistic yet very comfortable, the dinner “room” was fantastic too. I’ll add the fact that when it was my daughters birthday, a member of the staff came in with a fantastic cake (which was very good too). Loved the pool too, very pretty and aesthetic! It was very nice too, how the staff “managed” different vans and cars which took you to the beach, like a taxi. Amazing experience!

Absolutely nothing!

We liked the lovely friendly staff who consistently went out of their way to accommodate us. They were smiling and welcoming throughout our stay and we will definitely come back to this hotel if we visit Dhërmi again. A big thank you to the staff! The hotel was also lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The all inclusive breakfast is absolutely delicious and the lunch too :)

Rooms (and communal areas) objectively are not at 5* standard, more like good 2-3* - room was very clinical and sparsely decorated with no soft lighting, bed not very comfortable, no coffee/tea making facilities in the room (and the hotel was baffled when we asked for decaf coffee despite that being available in other places we stayed in Albania), balcony door was semi-broken, shower tap collar was unglued from the wall, shower gel dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work. All these things are individually very minor but I just don’t understand the star rating for this hotel.

Room was comfortable and has a balcony with beautiful view of nature and sea. Staff was attentive and well behave. Hotel has a nice private beach and free shuttle to go at the beach was really helpful. Looking forward to visit Elysium Hotel on my next trip in Dhermi.

Beach transport only operates til 6.30 pm - this could be extended by an hour as the sun hadn’t even set at that time and it’s nice to enjoy sunset on the beach. But this isn’t a big problem, the distance is also walkable. Apart from that it would be nice if the bar on site at the hotel could also offer some basic cocktails (the bar at the beach does offer them though).

The hotel has great facilities, pool and restaurant with amazing views. It also offers a basketball court and pingpong table. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everything has a very good standard but the vibe is still down to earth (unlike in some newly built “luxury” resorts in the area). For us this is the perfect combination.

Short walk to Dhermi lungomare area with great bars and restsurants. Location was excellent,fantastic facilities,the privat beach was brilliant. Very good breakfast and amazing view from the balcony. Friendly staff and very clean hotel. Highly recommended.

I can only say good things about this hotel. The staff was very professional and friendly, the restaurant was the best in the area, and the hotel was very clean. The free shuttle service to the beach was an added value for the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet area with the best view in the entire south. The organization in this hotel was perfect, we felt like at home, we had everything, relaxation, peace, service and above all it was the best prices in the southern area. The staff extremely helphul. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

Family hotel, very clean and with a lot of spaces. The view was spectacular and the pool was very large and clean. The breakfast was very rich and everything was cooked at the moment. We fell in love with the restaurant and the perfect service in this hotel. I can't find anything bad about this hotel. Very professional service, staff were attentive at all time. Their private beach and shuttle service was really the best. It was the hotel with the best management I have ever seen. We definitely recommend it.

The hotel was lovely, very cute. Great outside spaces to sit with a lovely view of the sea and mountains. Room was a nice size very comfy bed, and very clean. Breakfast was good, fruit pastry and cooked meats. Staff were very friendlie and check in was quick and easy. The price is excellent and we had a great stay.

The hotel is amazing overall. It has a beautiful and clean pool. The breakfast buffet was satisfying and the restaurant for the dinner is one of the most popular in south of Albania. The staff was exceptional and manager made sure we were having a great experience. We recommend this hotel.
