Everything was perfect. Food excellent, room excellent. Location excellent. The owner worked very hard to make our stay the best. He was very helpfull. And it definately was perfect. We felt very welcome and the small sitting area outside where we had dinner, was the most cosiest we have ever had. So thank you for everything to the hosts.

It’s a lovely and cosy traditional guesthouse, which is beautifully located in Berat. The owner was very welcoming. He made sure that everything was perfect during our short stay. We highly appreciated his hospitality as well as the rich breakfast that he served us. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful location with views from our room. A gorgeous terrace where dinner and breakfast are served. Absolutely incredible breakfast, fit for a king! Friendly, kind hosts. Comfortable room with air con. Parking available too.

We loved our stay in Hani I Xheblatit! The location is perfect as it is centrally located, we had airconditioning and lovely views from the balcony. There is a patio, where we enjoyed our breakfast, which is absolutely breathtaking. All in all, perfect!

A little hard to find the hotel and navigate the stairs with all your luggage. Some instruction for arrival might be useful. They also didn’t have our name when we arrived so there was a little confusion at first especially with the language barriers but it all worked out after a little back and forth.

Great location, with a beautiful view. Staff is very sweet and it really feels like you’re staying in a good friend’s home. AC worked well and was much appreciated.

Only downside was there were lots of mosquitoes living by the outside of our door which kept coming into the room. Otherwise was fantastic!

Everything was perfect. Upon check-in we got water and even 2 bottles of beer. The breakfast was very large, exceptional and different every morning. The view from our balcony and the common terrace over the city and the mountains was spectacular. Above all our host Andy went out of his way to accomodate us. He even wanted us not to pay for a great dinner we had. But that was out of the question after all that he did for us.

Everything was perfect. Only thing to mention (that didn’t impact our stay!) was that the shower didn’t drain very well. Would still highly recommend.

He offered us wine at night and made us an amazing breakfast -breakfast was delicious and with an incredible view -easy to get to and very central -parking included (first come basis) -AMAZING VALUE FOR MONEY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The location to all the local sites and all restaurants was good. The breakfast and dinner was amazing. Best we had in Albania!! There was a lot of stairs to get to the property but our host helped us with our bags. The hosts and the staff were super friendly

Have to walk up what felt like a gzillion, windy stone steps to get to the apartment.

Amazing unique hotel hosted by a great person Andi. Never every in my travel life I have experienced this level of hospitality and attention. Choosing this hotel you will feel yourself as part of the family, enjoying every day delicious big breakfast at the tinny cozy terasse, silence and all attractions in the walk distance. We are in love with this place and will definitely recommend it to all our friends.

The property was in a perfect location, perched on the cliff in the Mangalem quarter. The view from our room and the terrace were stunning. The wonderful owner helped us carry bags up the steep steps and assisted with parking. The breakfast was a fresh feast and an evening meal we had at the hotel was absolutely delicious.

Our room was next to lobby and restaurant so little bit noisy at times. Also there was information that we would have washing machine and tumble drier in the room but did not have those. Maybe they have in common space somewhere. We didnt need it anyways but there is some incorrect information while making booking.

Breakfast is amazing. Best in all Albania. The host is also very friendly and room was nicely decorated and bed was good. Location is also very central but you have to climb up a bit so should consider this. There is Netflix and probalby the only hotel we had on our trip that tv was working with no problems.

A great guesthouse. Very comfortable bed. Great location, amazing view from the small balcony. Breakfast was huge and delicious. Friendly staff. Air-conditioning and WiFi both available.
