Great service in an unbelievably beautiful location. Everything we needed was provided and staff were extremely helpful. The property is in an ideal location to start or finish a day of hiking.

Bedbugs in bed!!!! My friend was bite very badly. Poor breakfast. Old, stinky cheese for breakfast which made me feel sick all day. Room was not ready when we came (in the evening), it took them 20minutes to prepare the room

We did get food poisoning from our lunch there.. so would not recommend eating the meat. They were kind enough to pay back the lunch pack they prepared for the hike (we couldn’t do since we were ill)

The bathroom in the bar looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, but the room was so close that it didn't really matter. A fan and a lamp would have been a nice touch.

The location for the Valbone to Theth hike is perfect. Everything was ready to go when we got there. The room is small but it has everything you need.

Breakfast wasn’t anything special, the room was unfortunately very dirty, lots of dead bugs everywhere, dirt/sand on the bedsheets and pillow cases.

Great location, less than a 15 minute walk from Valbona-Theth trailhead, food was fantastic for dinner

WiFi was not available despite being advertised. You can hear a bit from the downstairs room and outside (but didn't stop us sleeping)

Comfortable stay with comfy beds and warm shower. We had a nice dinner and they were flexible with breakfast times (breakfast itself was fine but nothing spectacular). Great location as the second hotel along from the start/end of the hike so whether starting or ending (we were finishing) it decreases the amount of walking along the road you have to do!

Inadequate prices at the bar. Beer 4eur, bottle of vine 25eur. Room was not very clean, hair in beds, toilets not cleaned.

..Told staff we would be checking out early in the morning to start the hike. They said we could have breakfast from 7 before we did the hike..no one turned up and we waited til 0745. So we had no breakfast before our hike. There was no stores so we couldn't buy anything and on the hike there is only cafes with coffee. The wifi also did not work

Very close to the start of the hike to theth. Amazing views from your room. Couldn't be more picturesque

Food? Yes, we couldn't have more. The goat and lamb for lunch were saltier than the dead sea presented in the most unappetizing way. Consider that there is NOTHING in Valbona, a one street with hotels/restaurants 10 minutes away from each other, so your accomodation will be the dinning place. Breakfast is okay. We had snicker Icecream for dinner.

Room? Outstanding, better than expected. Location? Amazing views, close to Theth-Valbona hike.
