Because it is in the castle, parking is a bit tricky. Again, as it's a new hotel, the haven't yet fully worked out the parking situation particularly with regards to how to get luggage from the car to the hotel. Again, the manager was super accommodating and helped get us to the parking and get our luggage back to the hotel. Traveler's should note that all parking will be offsite due to the amazing location of the hotel.

The hotel was inside the castle. My room faced the castle. The room was large, super clean, very comfortable. The manager was very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is very new and he's still arranging a lot of details (like the breakfast area isn't ready yet, coffee service was not ready either) but he went out of his way to arrange for coffee and brought us bottled water. Very lovely, kind manager!

Special place to stay! Rooms are wonderful, clean and so well thought through as well as the bathrooms. It truly feels like an oasis after days of traveling and exploring. The owner was so nice and helpful with my stay in Kruje, as well as my next stops in Albania. The place is brand new and the owner is constantly trying to improve the place and really curious about his guests opinions and ideas as well. Highly recommend!

Just be aware that there is no parking on site but we paid a couple of pounds to park just outside the castle.

A beautiful restored Ottoman building inside Kruja Castle. Brand new rooms with a restaurant to come later - you can find breakfast two minutes away outside the castle. Great shower and very quiet.

It didn’t include breakfast, so it was a bit pricely. They’re still working on the property so i think there’s a lot of potential. Parking was difficult, would recommend to ask the owner before arrival where to park. We didn’t do this and had to turn the car multiple times in narrow streats

You cannot park in front of the property, and Kruje is not easy with parking, so that was a bit of a challenge.

Nothing really. The tiniest remark would be that we would've loved some water in the fridge cause it was pretty hot and I don't think you can drink the tapwater safely.

The location was absolutely magical: a traditional house inside of the castle walls of the castle of Kruja. So special! The rooms have been renovated very professionaly and with great attention to detail, without losing the traditional atmosphere or style. It truly is a high end luxury hotel and it's so comfortable. Something you don't see very often in Albania. We slept wonderfully. I highly recommend visiting this!

Due to their recent opening there are a few little details in the room which surely will be improved. It would be really nice to have chairs on the balcony and something to put your soap on in the shower.

The room was really clean, beautiful and everything was new. We loved the look of the antique look of the furniture. The beds were really comfy and we had a good night sleep. The location in the old castle and the view from the balcony is stunning and very special! The hosts was very kind and helpful with everything. Because they opened only a month ago the restaurant wasn't finished, but that was no problem, because there are lot's of other places just a few steps away were you can eat. All in all it was a great and luxurious experience to stay at Albergo Diffuso!

As the name of hotel suggests, it is inside the castle, very nice area. The hotel was clean, new and cosy. Also the staff was very helpful. We paid more for worse hotels in Albania. We came with a car, they helped us to park appx 6 mins walking distance parking area.

They accepted cash only and we were not notified about this in advance. The Booking.com page also said we could check in from 3 am (I think this is a mistake) and even if our 11 am arrival was confirmed, no one was there when we arrived. They quickly fixed the room though!

Amazing stay at this beautiful new hotel inside the castle. We loved the room - SO beautiful and comfortable. Location is superb. The cleaning lady was especially nice to us!
