How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

We arrived at breakfast as 10am (it closes at 10:30), and they didnt refill the food. There was just a fee things left.
Very confortable room 5 min walk from the airport. Super nice staff! Good breakfast

Great location, a 10 minute walk from the airport. Our room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable.

Not completely soundproof.
Superfriendly staff; would bend backwards for service. Level of room was Scandinavian level comfort. Plugs by the bed, spacious, bathrobes etc.

Enormous pillows for my liking 😀.
Excellent location a few minutes by foot from the airport, really spacious and clean rooms. Huge bathroom. Nice and helpful staff, okay breakfast. Really worth your money. Highly recommend to stay here if your flight comes late or leaves early.

Breakfast began too late for those of us who had to catch an early flight. They should make it available for pickup downstairs as early as 4 am.

Communication regarding the shuttle was limited - I wish they had sent instructions when they confirmed the shuttle.
Convenient near the airport. Free shuttle from/to the airport. Check-in was super easy. Room and bathroom are quite tasteful, very clean as well.

the restaurant was closed. so we had to go outside for dinner traffic to the airport is a bit noisy

At some point I needed to write down some information and why didn't I find a pen in the room like other hotels.
The hotel is close to the airport, literally 6 minutes on foot. Great reception, professional service, rich breakfast, all services were excellent. There are two people working in the hotel at the highest level of professionalism "Isuf & Ridi" & There is a third person working at the bar whose name I don't know too he was great also. They have a coffee shop downstairs and the drinks are cheap and good.

According to the website there is a restaurant in the hotel however it is not operational. The breakfast in the morning was late and slow not helpful where you have an early flight to catch.
It is walking distance to the airport and a nice comfortable large room.

Didn't expect it to be this nice, so it was a pleasant surprise. Spacious room , and a wonderful bathroom. Thick towels, bathrobes, slippers. It has a safe and a fridge, also waterboiler. And the bed, so huge, so comfortable. Near the airport, though walking there with a suitcase will be difficult. Still, this is a hotel I'll choose again.

I called the hotel several times to pick us up at the airport. apparently, they didn’t understand me right away, we waited about an hour
Comfortable hotel near the airport, you can walk or take a free transfer. The staff is friendly, I forgot my jacket in the hotel, the driver returned to the hotel and brought it directly to the airport. Very clean and quiet to relax after the flight

I was surprised to find a toothbrush and toothpaste in the hotel room. That does not happen often. It was a pressure to stay at the hotel, and very near to the airport.
