How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Close to the airport. Nice and clean room with minibar. Possibility to have packed breakfast when checking-out early.

The temperature cannot be regulated. Even when the AC is turned off the room is quite cold.
The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are clean and spacious

the bathroom shower has no door and over flooded the entire bathroom with water. it was night so we had to move rooms and floors in my pajamas. the flooding is a hazard for electricity, one can get electrocuted. there were also spiders and spider webs and other bugs in both rooms. on the bed
it was modern, clean, pretty close to airport

- non-working safe without instructions - a large amount of garbage could be seen on the grounds around the hotel land border
Arrival, check-in at the reception and room preparation went perfectly. Upon arrival, I paid the price of the accommodation by credit card at the reception. We spent the subsequent wait for the room in the lobby with coffee. The room with a king size bed and an extra bed was perfect with adjustable air conditioning and all the necessary equipment including a suitcase holder and with a large balcony. Breakfast was a buffet. Whether it was cheese, salami, sausages, eggs, yogurt, milk, crisps, jams, chocolate spreads, croissants, water, fruit, vegetables. There was enough of everything. Checking out of the room in the morning suited us perfectly. Thank you for the accommodation

As we are a family leaving in different country we did not arrived by the same plane and unfortunately my step parents arrived before me as I informed the staff in details contact they are my guest. Because of difference of nationalities they ask them to pay to check in which was very embarrassing for me. The necessary has been done previously but not taking in consideration. Unprofessional way to deal with guest.
The location was amazing with nice and clean facilities.

We chose this hotel because it has a restaurant and included breakfast. They were short staffed so restaurant was closed for dinner. Breakfast buffet not ready at 07:30am. Morning staff tried their best - made a couple of fried eggs for me quickly.
Suite was perfect for 3 friends sharing a room before catching a flight next day. Comfortable beds and nice shower. Staff friendly and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful - one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. So clean and the room was huge. The buffet breakfast was lovely. right next to the airport so convenient for an airport stay.

Nothing, everything was great!
New & fresh, great bed and very good food in the restaurant, both dinner and breakfast breakfast was great. the service was amazing and they offered transfer to the airport!

It wasn’t as clean as I wished, but OK.
The hotel was walking distance to the airport but still offered a free shuttle. They also prepare a packed breakfast if you’re leaving in the night.

Wow... The hotel was amazing. The room was unbelievably good. The staff was excellent, from the reception guys to the restaurant people. One of the very few places in tirana that exideed my expectations. Conveniently located close to the airport.

The service in the restaurant is rather slow.
This is a completely new hotel close to Tirana international airport. The quality of the rooms is outstanding. We used this night to have a fast visit of Tirana for which you can easily order a cab.

Wifi didn’t work in the room, massive inconvenience. Air con didn’t work. Shower didn’t work properly either, only the handheld shower head worked.
Bed was comfortable, all necessary amenities, staff were friendly. Really appreciate the 24 hour check in.

The buffet breakfast was only adequate due to limited selection.
Modern clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are a good size with all the expected facilities. It’s situated a short walk from airport but at 42 degrees took the offered free transfer from the hotel. Not suitable as a base if visiting Tirana for a few days as city centre is about 20km away. Staff were helpful and pleasant. There is a restaurant but we had already eaten before arrival.
