The hotel itself has a really strong drainage smell. And it’s like EVERYWHERE. There’s no prepacked breakfast for early check out. Ac is very weak in the room.

The air conditioning in my room wasn't working. We asked the staff to check the problem, and they came to inspect it and said it would be working soon. We waited for a while, but the exhaustion after the flight was so great that we decided not to complain further.

The only things I liked about this hotel were the access and the staff's service!

1. Poor air conditioning in the room and also in the lobby areas. 2. Foul smell in the toilet and also in the room. 3. A very thin stream of water in the washbasin in the toilet. 4. Broken towel hanger in the toilet. All these issues were duly notified to the hotel receptionist, but no resolutions were provided to any of them. Instead, we were told that these issues can't be fixed, and we were given a refund of Euro 20, out of Euro 126, which we paid towards the room charges. Very poor and disappointing experience. Will never return to N Hotel by Noshi and will not recommend it to anyone.

The room looked very basic and there was a transparent fridge in the room with the light on the whole time and it doest turn off, and their breakfast was the worst I have ever seen in a hotel, not worth the extra money

Heating instead of A/C. The room was hot and could not be regulated. Open the windows was the only option but being close to a main street and Airport, it was too loud.

No water. No working airco. No working lift. Little eagerness to please. During check in our request for a packed breakfast was denied. After check in we went to the room. The sun had heated the room to 30 degrees. We closed the curtains, turned on the airco and hoped for a quick cooling down. After an hour or two it was even hotter. I went to the reception to ask if something was wrong with the Airco and indeed the airco hadn't worked for some time. I was informed that turning on the airco would heat the room even further. Since we had a very early morning flight the night was very short and sweaty. A 4 am shower would help freshen up! But unfortunately there was no water. Let me explain my issue here. I understand that sometimes things brake or don't work. And there is no shame in explaining that to the guests. I would have appreciated some guidance; "Sir the Airco and lift aren't working. But please don't turn on the airco as it only further heats up the room. Oh and we don't have any water during the night. We are sorry and would like to offer you a drink or dinner for the inconvenience". A similar thing happened during an earlier stay during this vacation. Please Albanian hosts. Be honest and upfront. It saves you some poor ratings

Great and very large room. A comfy chair to sit. Good beds. Window can be opened. Nice bathroom. 5 minutes from the airport.

Rooms weren’t soundproofed at all, were responsive. Could even hear the tvs in nearby rooms. Traffic was hectic outside horn sounding all nite and as soon as a plane flew by you woke up. Make sure to bring earplugs!

The air conditioning was not working and it was very warm when we were there.

The rooms were nice, spacious but I think there are some design flaws. One would be in the bathroom, the flooring is too slippery. We happen to got upgraded to the suit room. The bathroom was nice although they need to put a shower curtain or door so the bathroom will not get flooded as the water splashes everywhere.

The air condition of the room was not working so we had to be untill late trying to fix it and after all the change our room but it was very late so we went to sleep very late. The tv of the new room was not working because the remote control was broken. We reserve a balcony room but the new one didn't have it so we pay for it but didn't receive it.

A horrible, unbearable smell in the bathroom. We told them about it and they didn’t do anything. There was another problem with electricity too, which would turn off and on unexpectedly, making noise while we were sleeping and turning on the lights.

Water pressure in the shower was bit low. It was too hot inside the room. We had to sleep after opening the windows. Bathroom door lock was not working properly.

No dinner facilities after 8pm once i arrived and not even the whole airport areas, only fried unhealthy KFC , Also the hotel charged €3 for a small packet of peanut!!!!!!

Breakfast is as a bit meh. And for some reason our room was boiling hot, had to keep a window open to cool down room, this was with AC off, as setting to cooldown room also blowing off hot air.

The reception staff were attentive and helpful as much as they can, even helped us with printing something for our flight. The actual rooms were good for value, albeit AC a bit wonky.

I had booked a wrong date - we arrived during the night at the reception but the hotel was fully booked , the booked night was one later. We tried to cancel with no cost but it was not possible , even using booking.com. The hotel was fully in its right to keep all money, according the booking conditions , nevertheless, we checked that the concerned night , after we have cancelled/ released it in system , had been booked. The hotel was fully booked . The hotel did therefore double win. We regret that there was no chance to become some money back , even after having been twice personally at reception and even talking to the manager . We also suggested to cancel another hotel we planned to take before leaving the country and book their hotel instead : nothing happened , even no message . Again : even if the hotel is in its right , we regret its behavior .

Room wasn’t ready on check in. Cheap, poor quality toiletries. No body lotion or conditioner. Waterfall shower very weak water pressure. Slippers provided were lethal to wear in the bathroom, had to take them off as I slipped and fell as soon as I stepped onto the wet floor. Booked a suite to spoil ourselves on our last night as booking.com said there was wine in the room for guests, there wasn’t and when we queried this at reception the lady said the only wine available was the stuff to buy behind the bar at a ridiculous price per bottle. The room is charged at a far higher rate, why?? Although bigger and has the lounge area there’s nothing worth the extra cost. TV system very difficult to decipher and no written instructions. Hotel restaurant shut the night we were there, we weren’t contacted by the hotel to advise us we wouldn’t be able to eat there. While it’s great it’s within walking distance of the terminal, the path to the hotel once you get off the pavement is extremely stoney and dark at night with tripping hazards. Had a drink the bar at night. When we tried to get served a second time (at 10:30pm) there was no bar staff so the receptionist came behind the bar. I asked for 2 gin and tonic, she had to phone the manager to ask for someone to come and pour them. The manager said no and she said the bar was shut. Although she let us buy 2 beers. If no bar staff available would it not make sense to train the 24 hour reception staff to pour drinks?? How could the bar be shut for a gin but open for a beer? The room does not have black out curtains. When it gets light outside, it gets light inside so we were woken earlier than we wished to be, not great when you have a day of travelling ahead. Breakfast was awful. The hot options were cold, I don’t think the food warmer had been turned on and all there was to choose from was hard boiled eggs (room temperature) and cold fried eggs. It was only 08:30 so midway through breakfast service, no excuse for cold food.

You cannot walk to airport from this hotel. No safe walking path. Check-in time was agreed earlier than the normal check-in time but they made us wait in the lobby with 15 month old baby

There was a light in the room with a motion sensor. This sensor reacts even if you turn around in the bed. So the light turnend on really often in the night. So sleeping is really difficult. I got breakfast to go- because I left really early. I asked for something vegetarian. They also told me in the morning it would be vegetarian- but it was with meat. Also there was nothing to drink with it- as they told me the day bevor.

The restaurant was closed in the evening for some reason in the evening, no reason was given. In the morning they had only one takeaway breakfast prepared for us while we were with two. Doesn't make any sense!
