How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Top location, super clean, modern new hotel. The parking is the strong point as the hotel is 100 meters from the centre, boulevard, beach, pier. The staff is polite and help you with everything you may need. Very fast wifi.

It was all fantastic, they didn’t have an elevator but that didn’t bother us and I think there was one being built. There was coffee making facilities but it might have been nice to have some coffee there to use but it wasn’t an issue really.
Super clean and modern. Really close to the bus station, promenade, cafes and supermarkets. Friendly receptionist.

Everything was nice, the receptionist speaking very good English (which is a plus in Albania). Also we met the owner which is a very pleasant person, helping us with everything we need. Very clean room, comfortable beds, about 3 min walk to the beach and the main promenade. I highly recommend this location if you are going to visit Sarrande.

The elevator is not functional yet, we didnt mind but it could be an issue for some people.
The location is nice and central, the receptionist was pleasant and the room was clean. I can reccomend to stay here. there are no breakfast at the hotel, but you have many cafes nearby.

Everything was great, no issues.
Beautiful modern design, very clean room. The bathroom was amazing, exceptionally clean, the cleanest hotel bathroom I've ever stayed in. The bed was comfortable, there's a small fridge, air-conditioning. All the people working in the hotel were super friendly and professional. We only stayed one night, crossing to Corfu the next day, definitely could've stayed for longer. The hotel is close to the promenade and ferry port. Amazing, thank you!

The room had all amenities and was clean and comfortable. The complementary water was a big plus. The owner is absolutely delightful and very friendly. We would recommend to everyone!

Very kind and helpful staff. They made sure everything was to our likings and wanted us to have a comfortable stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk to the beach with many restaurants and bars.

The owner Alban was very friendly and welcoming, always asking if our stay was going well and if we needed anything! He also helped us park our car and was only ever a phone call away! The hotel was very modern, secure and comfortable. There is a bit of a hill to climb from the beach to the hotel but this wouldn't stop us from staying here again!

Frustrating that we could only pay by cash but this was the same as all of our other accommodation in Albania.
Stayed for two nights. Room was really comfortable with a nice bathroom. Fantastic location a very short walk from the main promenade but far enough away to be quiet. Alban was the perfect host and gave us some excellent recommendations for dinner. Thank you!

Elevator is still not setup - the 4th floor by stairs can be a bit painful ;)
Perfect localisation im the center. Hotel rooms are modern and clean. Helpful staff - we were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in.

The manager and his mother are amazing! They're really helpful. It's a fairly new hotel. There's free parking (which they will help you with) and the location is a 5 minute walk from the boulevard. Amazing place, clean and the beds are comfortable.
