The hotel was super clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. United KingdomShower in the bathroom has only half door and whole bathroom gets wet when showering. Breakfast is by the pool and there is no cover for the food while a lot of flies and mosquitoes are around. A dry rack could be provided on the balcony as there is no where to dry swimsuits and beach towels.
Location is excellent, walk distance from most popular beach clubs, restaurants and bus stop. Young lady in the reception speaks a very good English, which is hard to find in Albania. Hotel and Rooms looks brand new, simple but nice decorated.

SlovakiaIt would be beneficial if you could change our breakfast menu every two days. While we currently have a wide variety of options, the daily repetition may become monotonous. ❤️ It's only a friendly idea... breakfast was famous. A lot of fruits and eggs and more.
I was a bit worried that the hotel had few reviews, but that's because it's brand new! 🎉 The location is exceptional, right in the center and at the beginning of the main promenade. 📍 The Bora Bora beach is just across the street and a few meters away. 🏖️ From the hotel, you can see people walking to the markets and restaurants. 🛒🍴 It's the best-located hotel in all of Ksamil. The rooms are spacious with balconies, and there's a pool in front of the hotel that's always a pleasant temperature and well-maintained. 🏊♂️ Free parking right next to the hotel, and the staff is friendly and always ready to help. 🚗😊 Once, we ran out of bananas during breakfast, and they hopped on a scooter and were back with fresh bananas from the city in 4 minutes. If I were to go back to Ksamil, I would definitely choose this hotel again!

The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated just a stone's throw away from the beach, with easy access to nearby bars and restaurants, making it the perfect spot for both relaxation and exploration. The staff at the hotel deserve special mention. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The two young women at the reception were incredibly polite and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request or provide helpful information about the area. Their friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. The hotel's pool was another highlight of our stay. The water was crystal clear, a testament to the excellent maintenance and cleanliness standards upheld by the staff. The cleaning lady did an outstanding job every single day, ensuring our room was spotless and comfortable. It was a joy to return to such a well-kept space after a day of enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We also had the pleasure of interacting with the gentleman who managed the cafeteria. He was always respectful and eager to help, making our morning coffee a pleasant experience. His attentiveness and professionalism were much appreciated. Overall, our stay at this hotel in Ksamil was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of its prime location, impeccable cleanliness, and the exceptional staff made our vacation truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Ksamil.

Loved this brand new contemporary hotel right in the heart of Ksamil. A short walk to a popular beach, be warned a very popular beach. Take the time to walk further out of the town and find the quieter bays, such as Last Bay. Find my review on google maps. The room was lovely, fresh and contemporary, balcony view was over the town and towards the mountains, the country has a wild and rugged vistas. The Albanians love their coffee and I found we often found that the hotels we stayed at didn’t supply coffee in the room, but they don’t hesitate to make it for you if you need a brew first thing in the morning. That’s exactly what Diana did for me each morning at Resol 2, Thank you Diana! Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of choice of fruit and pastries as well as eggs and local dishes, as well as excellent coffee. The pool was clean and refreshing and a lovely cool down at the end of the day. I was sorry to leave. Parking is available but the roads in the town towards the beach are tight and busy later in the day and towards the evening.

PortugalWe stayed in a ground floor room facing the back of the hotel, we arrived back from the beach and they left the balcony door open! Anyone could’ve entered our room! The mini bar didn’t work and the only unfriendly people we came across in Albania was the staff in this hotel, oh! And they were super unfriendly! There is a protuberant metal plate on the door, so prepare yourselves to rip your clothes and get a few scratches on your arm! The parking lot is located around the pool. Avoid!!!!
