Everything! My stay at Scodrinon Hostel was like staying with friends. Marcie, Elly & Rob were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Organised the transport for my Theth-Valbonë hike. There is bikes for hire to ride to the lake. The beds are extremely comfortable, rooms extremely clean. There is lots of space to relax, especially the roof top area. Great views over the old walking street, location is perfect. Breakfast served each morning from home grown produce, including the eggs, with freshly made coffee . There is such a happy vibe in this hostel, it rubs off onto all the guests. Best hostel I have ever stayed in!!

The beds in the dorm were huge, you had so much space and with curtains a lot of privacy as well. They also have a very nice rooftop area, which makes the stay very much enjoyable.

The service was perfect! The woman that welcomed me made me feel home. She was really nice, and when I told her that I just had had a long journey and the following morning I had to leave Shkodër before 8 a.m. she brought me some fruits so that I had something to eat. Very kind and lovable! The room was clean and really nice. There is also a rooftop and a bar and everything you would like is there. A big plus was also that the hostel is really close to the bus station and you are in the city centre. I enjoyed that much staying here that if I'll come to Shkodër again I will definitely choose the Scodrinon Hostel. I really recommend it!!

Nice, quiet and inexpensive hostel with very comfortable and large beds, right in the center. I came from Tirana, where my attitude towards Albanians had deteriorated very much, and the administrator of this hostel gave me hope that there are also very friendly and hospitable people in this country. The receptionist was also very tolerant of my clearly terrible English and helped me book a seat on the bus in Theth, for which I am very grateful.

The only issue we had is that the light in the room didn’t work but it was fine because we had lamps

The location was great - located on the pedestrian street lined with cafes and restaurants. The hostel also has a beautiful rooftop bar. They helped me set up transportation to Theth - the bus came to get me from the hostel.

As it's in the middle of a busy street with pubs and cafes, it can get quite noisy at night time.

The location was perfect, it was close to the bus station and had many cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were as described and although toilets were shared they were kept clean. Doors closed at a certain time and you needed a pin (provided only to guests) to get in so it felt relatively safe.

The location is in the heart of everything.The rooms were superb, clean, comfy beds with curtains for your privacy, with aircon and lockers.The staff is super kind and helpful.They helped me organising tickets to Theth, have me tips what to do in Shkodër, prepared my breakfast to take away as I'd leave very early and welcomed me overall heartily! In the hostel there are 2 cozy terraces/ Rooftops to hangout or have a drink with a beautiful view over Shkodra. Really great hostel, it will definitely be my choice again.

The staff were extremely helpful , Marci went out her way to help me see a doctor when I was ill. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The most comfortable beds I've stayed in at a hostel and beautiful views from the roof terrace!

Amazing place to stay when in Shkodar. Incredible service from the moment you arrive. Breakfast straight from the family farm was an absolute treat and the perfect way to start the day. Especially when Bernard brings out the breakfast raki. Relatively new hostel but Eli, Bernard and the team understand how to do hospitality perfectly. Beds are spacious and super comfortable and bathrooms were always spotless. Roof top beers are a must when staying here. Will 100% be back. Thanks for a great stay

Very central location, and confortable and clean bedroom and showers. They serve a breakfast for free at rooftop as a plus, with a nice view of the city. Staff friendly and helpful. Perfect to stop at Shkoder before hiking to Valbona-Theth or to stay for few days around the city. They offer bike for rent, and also you can reserve the tickets for the trip if you plan to do the hike. Highly recommended and very good value for money.

I loved this place. The owners are so friendly and helpful. They really make you feel at home. The beds are amazingly comfortable and peaceful. Great breakfast and rooftop bar, and the location is right in the heat of the city. An easy walk to buses. The other travelers were all friendly and I had lots of lovely conversations. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back. I definitely recommend it if. Thank you!

The bed erea is just incredible. Cubicle with alot of room and comfy matress. Everything is new, clean and beautyful style. Great brakefast. Close to tons of restaurant and grocery. The owner is really friendly and helpfull. Don't hesitate it really worth it, that place is well taking care of!!

One of the best hostels I've stayed in. It's brand new, cozy, modern, the owners Eyvi and Marsi have put so much effort and love into every detail! The location is perfect, right in one of the nicest streets in the city, with shops, supermarkets and really great and affordable restaurants close by, so no need to cook as there are delicious and cheap options! The rooms are amazing, clean, plugs next to the bed, big lockers in the rooms. Everything is super clean, the beds very cozy (also new!). There is air-conditioning in the rooms. Amazing breakfast and excellent coffee that you can also get during the day for very little money. The rooftop is incredibly beautiful and offers a 360 degree view over the city. The owners are just lovely, open and so helpful!! They helped me organise my trip to the mountains to do the hike from Valbona to Theth and gave me recommendations for amazing guesthouses there. I could even wash my clothes in the hostel which was super kind. Thank you so much! I can recommend this hostel to 100% :-) you'll enjoy it!

The location is great, you can walk everywhere. The beds and the sheets are super comfortable. Everything was clean and somehow the hostel has a very good smell. :) They have a nice rooftop that oversees the town and the staff was helpful and friendly in every aspect. I felt very welcomed and calm being in the hostel, thanks!
