The only thing that is not very convenient is the entrance to the hotel and parking for 3 cars, for taxi had to get into the car very quickly and also get out of it very quickly.

I wish the hotel had some sort of arrangement with a nearby gym, for its guests (e.g. a cheaper visit for hotel guests), but this is way outside of expectations.

While the price isn't among the lowest in Armenia, the hotel has a very high standard, whether for its rooms, its amenities, the service, or its breakfast.

A wonderful modern hotel with the highest level of guest service almost in the city center. Very clean and beautiful, equipped with modern furniture. The hotel room is very cozy, there is everything you need - a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, toothpaste with a brush, shaving accessories, shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel. There is coffee, tea, water, snacks - all this is included in the room price. The bed is large and comfortable, excellent linens, fluffy soft towels. The hotel has a small spa sauna area and a swimming pool, which is also included in the price and you do not have to pay extra for it. Wifi is excellent. Very good tasty varied breakfasts (great coffee!!) - you won't go hungry.))) The hotel has a bar and a restaurant - you can order food to your room at any time. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel, where there is a currency exchange machine with a good exchange rate. Separately, I want to note the very friendly and polite staff - they always smile and respond to any request of the guests. I will gladly return to this hotel again and can safely recommend it to travelers.

The coffee machine and the coffee weren't great. I would like to have a better option for such a price. The coffee itself could be better.

The breakfast was OK, I would expect more meat choices, sausages, etc. but whatever was there, was decent. I liked the variety. The dining room was quite pleasant, roomy.

No gym, air conditioner was working on heat only so we had window open all the time to lower temperature in a room

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. While in a hotel you feel like all your need are met: you can have restful sleep, dinner in a restaurant, sauna and pool after long flight, clean and comfy room and a working table. Wi-Fi is fast enough for streaming and zoom calls.

The only thing we had a problem with was the restaurant in the evenings. We mostly dined out, but that worked out fine. That's all.

Megacomfy beds. Huge showers. Interconnecting big twins which worked very well. View of Mt Ararat from our 6th floor rooms. Tess on Reception with her appalling English!! Staff generally were friendly and helpful. No problems at all. Figs for breakfast. Where do they find them in October? The girls enjoyed the hotel pool. We loved the big vases of roses and the funky lights in the bar.
