We had a great stay in Dom Adonis. The room is spacious with a nice balcony and a fridge. The shared kitchen is ideal and the swimming pool is great after a hiking day. Dom Adonis is at a walking distance from everything you need. But wat we liked most were the lovely owners and their daughter. The place felt like home and the bbq at our last night was delicious!

The owners (Arthur & Rima) are the nicest couple in Dilijan. Friendly, attentive to guest needs, and they go the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable! It felt like I was home with family for the two days that I stayed at Dom Adonis. I have tried all the fancy hotels in Dilijan, and I'm returning to this place next time.

Nothing really

The property is located in the quiet area of the town facing a breathtaking view of the valley. The house has it all for the comfortable stay. My personal thanks to the lovely hosts for their hospitality and assistance making our stay unforgettable! There are few hiking trails crossing Dilijan. The route to ‘The Drunken forest’ is easy to make with kids.

No entertainment for kids, so it might not be ideal for families. Additionally, there are no extra services like a pool or sauna. However, the property is not focused on those amenities, which is fine for me.

Great facilities for a short stay. Private accommodation with very nice and supportive local staff. Excellent location with a perfect view if you choose a room with a balcony. The room is clean and recently renovated.

As stated by many there is no sound insulation between rooms. It is terrible if anyone watches tv starts talking etc. The normal hosts were absent the three night stay. the replacement tried hard but didn’t know how things worked / so couldn’t fix the electricity quickly not put on the heater in room - it was freezing on arrival and as it is centrally controlled you have to keep asking for adjustments. The description on booking com is not correct. it says kitchen plus shared kitchen. there is only shared kitchen and the better kitchen was being used as an office. There is no parking on site - just the street and it is 20 steps down to the hotel and another 15 up to the room I.e. not very accessible. No one on site for most of the day for any problems and no pool (mid May) nor food readily available.

Great views from the balconies (Family Suite with balcony) but half the rooms face the street/wall so book carefully.

No privacy in the bathroom 😬 and what is missing is a shelf, there is not any place to leave your toiletries.

The beds were comfortable, we slept very well. Large room. Clean, heated! We had a room with nice view at the riverside.

It was quite noisy at night - we had big windows , looking at the road , so the passing cars were quite loud.

Fantastic hosts, very obliging. Style of building super nice. Helped with getting to places around Dilijan that we otherwise couldn’t. Offered to drive us to/ from some hike start & end points. Took some longer distance trips which were reasonably priced.

The only flaw of this guesthouse is that soundproofing is virtually nonexistent. We heard every slightest noise from other rooms and corridor. Other than that, great place

The only thing I’d draw anyone’s attention to is that after we booked the room for three guests and confirmed our stay on Booking.com, the host asked to pay an extra AMD 5000 for the third guest. An extra amount for a third guest for the room was not mentioned on Booking.com and the cancellation was not possible as our booking was non-refundable( the host was aware of this). However, after a long negotiation, the host finally agreed on the amount that we booked on Booking.com. Also, the room provided to us was on the top floor with staircases, hence struggled with carrying the baggages.

Guest house in a great location with a beautiful view, clean and stylish! The rooms have nice layouts, modern, comfortable, well-equipped, and well-laid out with a balcony. The guest house has everything you’d need, from toiletries to utensils and extra blankets, and a spacious bedroom that is well presented. We would definitely recommend this place and the location is close to supermarkets and banks.

New house with all required facilities and magnificent view from windows. There is a little common kitchen, where you can make a coffee. Great, friendly and helpful hosts. Additionally, breakfast costs 3000AMD, but it is greater and worth it.

House owner is very cooperative. He dropped & picked us up to & from UWC free of cost. He gave his umbrella during rain. I highly recommend this place specially to UWC parents. Supermarket & bank is 1 minute walk from this place.

The place has a breath-taking view! It has 2 supermarkets around it with 3 to 4 minutes walk. Artor is the friendliest host I ever met! Even when we wanted to barbecue, he offered to help us and offered his speakers too.
