For my first experience, I booked a budget room on the first floor, which is quite noisy. I could hear every single thing that the staff and the other guests were doing or saying, but that was the ONLY minus. Everything else was great, so I highly recommend this hotel. )

Excellent location, fair prices. Polite, efficient and kind staff, especially Edgar. Rooms and bathrooms are hyper clean, the bed is comfortable. Delicious breakfast, composed of a variety of dishes and options. You can choose to speak Russian or English. )

We had booked Elysium Hotel, but due to construction work ongoing in the neighbourhood we were offered a very nice room at the partner hotel Median on the same compound. Very thoughtful and very appreciated.

It would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room. The water pressure in the shower is variable.

The room was nice. Excellent hotel staff and wonderful breakfasts. The hotel is in the city centre but at the same time in a quite place, so you are not disturbed by the sounds of cars and crowds of people. The wi-fi was decent (but not the fastest), and I had enough speed to attend zoom-meetings.

The location is great, very central and still very quiet. Just a few minutes walk to national opera. The room was very clean and cosy. Breakfast was great. And the staff are super friendly, polite, informative and helpful. Thank you for making our stay in beautiful Yerevan so memorable 💐💐💐

Sometimes noisy neighbours or staff. It was cold inside the room even with additional heating. The room is not perfectly clean. The water in the shower drains badly, it looks like a blockage.

I like the location. It is city center but really quiet. Bed was comfortable, water was unlimited and new bottles were provided every day. Very nice balcony.

They were doind homework and they were banging so hart we couldn.t sleep weel. The view from the window was bad we saw old apartment buildings.

Noisy bed, not comfortable

Great location, in the centre, close to attractions and in a quiet road. Staff at reception is fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. In one hour they arranged us a great trip to archaeological and natural attractions. Very professional. Breakfast is average and served at the 4th floor of the hotel next doors, same ownership, meters far away, crossing an internal court.

The Washroom has no vidette, so this is the most problem in Armenia, though they are accepting some tourista so they should upgrade their toilets and put some vidette.

They are very hospitable and they are really friendly and their breakfast was nice and delicious but mostly it is an English breakfast in a buffet style and it has a plenty of choices. I will be going back to this property because it's in the central shopping center and it is very accessible into different restaurant and stores.
