Not very central, up a hill and about 15-20 min walk to Republic Square. We ordered food from the bar and it was extremely slow service. Using the spa was great however there was no drinking water tap and the floor wasn't swept after the last couple, it was very wet and slippery, quite dangerous on a marble floor. Breakfast was quite bland.

Great value for a 2-bedroom suite, plenty of room. Helpful staff, I left something in the room after checkout and they called me to return it. Very safe. Nice to book in a private session at the spa.

I really liked the hotel and my stay there. Even though I arrived quite early in the morning Younnus helped me find a place to rest and during the day, Arthur at the reception was super helpful.

The beds are very hard, and the shower door doesn't actually seal the shower so the bath mat was soaking wet... The location isn't the best as well, and the pool is really tiny (fits 2-3 people tops).

The two bedrooms suite is very nice, with a large living room area. Hotel kitchen works 24 hours so that's very convenient. They make a wonderful Khinkali with cheese and egg :)

The interior design is a little bit oldish. The breakfast needs an upgrade for such a nice hotel, although it was really pleasant.

We booked a suite for 3 nights in Spa Hotel Grace Forum. The room was spacious, and clean with all the amenities available. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was kind. The location is very good, close to the city center.

While it’s not very far away from some of the main sites, Yerevan is quite hilly, so it does take a while to get from the hotel to anywhere interesting - the metro is far away. I didn’t find the pillows very comfortable but otherwise the rooms were excellent.

The staff was incredible - some very nice people (for example Edward, one of the receptionists), attentive, helpful, and generous. They are mostly Russian but speak English. The hotel is clean and they don’t charge you for water that they leave in the room. The breakfast is pretty good as well, with the exception of the coffee perhaps (plus, it would be nice if they could offer it starting at 7:30, not 8am).

The bed was very firm, uncomfortable. Housekeeping didn’t refill toilet tissue for two days. We had to go to the front desk and request. Standard rooms are very small. The room was very stuffy, no A/C.

The staff was unbelievably kind and helpful! We had booked a twin room. Upon arrival, they informed us that unfortunately there wasn't any twin room available,but they could offer it the next day. They added an extra bed in double room for the night. In the morning, we went to our new room and to our surprise, we got a free upgrade! 🤩 One day, we ordered a taxi and wouldn't accept the big note we had nor card payment. Seeing the scene,the receptionist offered to pay the driver and we returned the money once back. 🙏 Another day, we did't drink the free bottles of water in the room and when the cleaning lady saw us in the corridor, with genuine concern, said she was worried we don't get hydrated enough! Such a hospitality! 🥹

The wifi was a bit spotty at times.

The staff at the hotel are incredible and go above and beyond to help. My room was perfect, very clean and comfortable. The facilities are very nice, clean and nice. I absolutely loved being able to reserve the sauna and pool for an hour to myself. The sauna after traveling was perfect. The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety of foods as well. It is an excellent, high quality hotel.

Beautiful, modern and clean. Lovely hotel and great location. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. Room was a standard hotel room, a bit nicer than most. We got the half board service. The breakfast and the dinner were both great. The breakfast was almost like a brunch. They have many options for dinner; meat, chicken, fish, pasta, pizza, great salads. The spa facilities were really great. The sightseeing tour was also very good. we enjoyed our stay. Highly Recommended.
