There was not a view of the lake from our room. The rooms were a bit cold as there were no heaters except in the bathroom upstairs (which was too hot for the bathroom but good for the bedroom)

It was quite cold on the ground floor. No place to hang coats near the entrance.

The location near the road and also close to the Sevan lake. Large territory, individual parking near the room entrance. The breakfast was good (some local cheese/ham, omelette with tomatoes, bread/butter/jam, tea).

Gayanya was very welcoming. Made you feel at home. It's beside the lake. So great for a morning swim and walk.

The room was extremely cold (as Sevan is in December). The heaters didn't work much. It was quite uncomfortable.

Some of the staff are grumpy and aren't helping in terms of hospitality and the breakfast needs more work on it, my original request before booking is to have early breakfast because i was supposed to be leaving early The breakfast staff was so frown and wanted us to leave the earliest, besides the bread was cold, and didn't fill my stomach properly, me and my partner ended up having a second breakfast somewhere outside

Nice place to stay, close to the road, but the rooms have good acoustic, so you can sleep. Close both to the town and the town. Friendly and cozy atmosphere.

It was very rainy and we stayed at the room for quite a few time, and Wi-Fi was not working for more than 24h (the staff keep saying that it will be working on a few hours but it was not true). So it was very needed and frustrating Restaurant quite expensive

Overall we had a nice stay for a good price and good breakfast. The hotel is in the lake where you can relax. The room is cozy, bed was comfortable and there was TV and kettle in the room

Our bed wasn't very comfortable. The shower was not separeted from the rest of the bathroom and the drain was in the middle of the bathroom.

The hotel is very good value for money. The position is good if you are on a roadtrip since it is located on the main road from Yerevan. It is also very close (few hundred meters) to some beaches on Lake Sevan and it's also easy to walk to Sevan City. The included breakfast was also good and filling. The staff couldn't speak english, but they were kind and helpful.

The room was very clean, comfy bed, had very good sleep there. I was late for breakfast and I already thought I skipped it and it turned out the hosts were waiting for me to get up and gave me my breakfast around midday. Cafe is available with tasty and not so expensive food. 5 minute walk to the beach. Totally recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! We arrived mid afternoon and had a very friendly welcome from the staff especially the lovely lady in the restaurant. Only one minute walk to Lake Sevan public beach and an easy 5 minutes by taxi to the peninsula and churches. Small convenience store at the end of the road. And a great selection of Armenia style dishes for dinner. We had dinner both nights and breakfast both days! Thank you for such warm hospitality.

One of the beds was hard, almost like without a mattress, the second one was fine. A little bit of cigarette smell in the room. The breakfast is served quite late, at 9:30.

In my opinion, it was a motel, not a hotel, it was near the lake. The staff's attitude was very excellent. We arrived at 12:00 pm and were waiting for the rooms to be delivered. The weather was very cold. Breakfast was bread, cheese, butter, tea, omelette, and sour lemon.
