Good location, well situated… transportation available at ease, staff was very cooperative n welcoming, had a solution to every query, pleasant n helpful team, property was clean incl the spa and pool, food was nice too …

Food was not rich (no variety at all) and I found a hair in the jam. The room curtains were torn and kept letting light inside the room which woke us up early. The bed edges are made of sharp steel and my kids had cuts because of it.

The hotel is modern and new.

I liked the quietness, coziness and cleanliness of the hotel. The location was also great! The main attractions are within a walking distance. The staff were super friendly especially Annie, who greeted us with a big smile every morning at breakfast. The front desk were always nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again 🙂

The restaurant staff need major training on how to greet customers, how to talk as a waitress, how to be friendly. Basic English should be a requirement for every worker in the hospital industry. We struggled with the bar tender. Ac was not working properly in out r room for almost 5 nights, it was hit and uncomfortable. Soap in the bathroom stunk, did not smell good. I wish the hotel considers changing it.

The hotel location is good, reception staff are friendly, good food, menu with many options, great value for money. Worth staying.

The room Is a little bit strange and Designed with a column in the middle of it. Could be much bigger without it. Didn’t get the purpose of putting a column in the middle of the room.

It’s fresh and modern. Has a nice bar cafe downstairs I really loved the breakfast, fresh croissants, fruits, berries, cheese, ham, eggs, sausages and coffee. Breakfast made the rating for this hotel 😍👌🏻

Property was good and met expectations. Apt location well within city and at close distance to major attractions by taxi. Rooms were clean, staff, frontdesk and housekeeping both kind and helpful. Our requests were well received. They had an indoor pool (mind you lot of other hotels in the city didnt have one when I was reviewing them for booking), jacuzzi, sauna which was a plus. Massages are available at additional cost and were good as well, administered by a thai massuese. Wanted a quite weekend for myself and my parents interspersed with some daily sightseeing. Got that. Overall didnt let down. Happy with the stay.

We've paid for a trip to Garni from the hotel and it was a complete mess – our guide didn't know anything about the places we visited, he made us listen historical videos on YouTube and that was it. Wouldn't recommend.

Our room was large and bright and hotel interior looked amazing overall. There was variety of fruits and veggies for a breakfast, we enjoyed it during our stay.

I had a very noisy room at first but they moved me after one night and all was well and quiet.

The staff is lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was nice. But so is the bar and restaurant. Location is good. Beds are comfortable and so is the shower.

I personally would like to see a larger section for cold breakfast options: like granola, museli, classic Greek yogurt for example. Otherwise breakfast is good.

Very nice and clean hotel. You can see it has been refurbished recently. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms are bright and spacious, also you can use excellent gym.

The restaurant is busy and the limited staff could mean long waiting times if you are hungry. Some of the beds need to be repaired as they sag.

The location is right across from the Vernissage market in Yerevan if one is looking for souvenir shopping. Its about a 5 minute walk to the republic square yet on the periphery to avoid the city traffic. It's a modern hotel with an absolutely amazing restaurant. One must try the meat pancakes, in addition to the choice of desserts and soups. The breakfast buffet had an excellent spread with choice of eggs on demand and good service. We absolutely loved the local and international spread at breakfast. One must try the local mulberry and cherry preserves for breakfast. Rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed twice at the hotel, once facing the park and the other facing the road. Prefer the room facing the park as it was quiet and fresher. We loved always getting parking with the dedicated parking and concierge who was extremely attentive and helpful. A big shout out to the friendly reception staff.
