The room is not too warm for me. But I think they increase the heating when it's sleeping time so it's still fine.

You can see the view of the city from the hotel. Plus, food is good in their restaurant. Walking distance from the center. Good place to stay when planning to go around Tatev.

Not that many parking spots. Probably 7 at max, so i'd ask if they have a free one if you travel at the peak of the season.

Exceptional service. Stayed there several times already. Clean rooms, got everything you'd expect. Highly recommend breakfasts at this place. Also enjoyed the terrace, the view is great. The terrace i's shared, not attached to any particular room.

Would have rated even higher if it were not for the broken door lock - could not even properly lock our room. So when we returned from a walk the door was open. Also it would be good to do something about the fact that when showering the entire bathroom is flooded and urgently exchange one of the mattresses (completely saggy, you actually lie on the frame).

Charming little hotel with convenient location. Our room was wonderful - on a corner with a great view. Staff super friendly and attentive. Very clean and comfortable. With all amenities, wifi, water, etc. Nice hotel terrace providing outstanding views. Great value!

No air conditioner, some neighbors outside were listening music loud and because of there was no air conditioner we had to keep the window open. The music stoped at 11pm

The most amazing view I have seen , the hotel better even to any 4 star hotel in Europe. Breakfast must try so far the best so far in Armenia. The staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms are very clean and got all essentials . We only stayed for one night but planning already to come back again .

One night we didn’t have water at all. As soon as we notified the front desk, it got fixed.

The hotel is pretty new and located little higher than the city center (however, it is quite close). The room was good, the staff very kind and the breakfast awesome. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Nothing not to like! It was honestly a great stay.

We were very satisfied with our stay here! The room was super clean and spacious, the hotel lobby and restaurant were well designed, and they even have a balcony on the second floor which is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee/tea with a great view. We ended up having dinner and breakfast at the hotel as we didn't have enough energy to go out. The food at the hotel was amazing and they even provided us a free bottle of wine to go with our dinner that evening. As for breakfast, the table was already set for us with some appetizers/snacks before we even came down which allowed us to have something to pick on while we waited for our main meal. The service was honestly great! We stayed here after visiting the Wings of Tatev/Tatev Monestary and I'm so glad we did. It was a great stopping point before heading back to Yerevan.

Breakfast is amazing, the restaurant in general is really good- i would recommend the pizza margarita, it was one of the best pizzas I ever had. Also grilled veggies and rice, amazing. Breakfast is really worth the price. Rooms are perfectly clean and new, beds are comfy Reception was super nice and happy to help with anything and the girl working in the restaurant was so sweet too.
