“We had a lovely time in Tilcara. Matthias is an amazing host. The hostel is really sweet and super clean. There is a huge kitchen with everything you need (including oil and spices which was great).
The breakfast was the highlight. Every day Matthias makes fresh bread which is served with your choice or eggs, cream cheese, or dulce de leche. There is also fruit, granola and tea and coffee on offer.”
