United KingdomThe bedroom was pretty basic, one plug no side light and a smell of cigarettes but it was ok considering the really cheap price, and felt secure.
The breakfast was really good buffet, the staff were always super helpful and friendly. The kitchen was really well stocked with utensils and crockery and large so easy for multiple people to cook at the same time. Good and large common area.

ItalyI booked for 75 dollar 2 nights but at the reception they ask me 120 dollar, after some complain i paid 100 dollar in the end. I didnt undertstand why because I dont speak spanish very weel but i felt robbed. I was lazy to find another place so i stayed there. The room its okay, the bathroom when i arrived was full of water in the floor, no soap. Not so bad but for the price they ask its low quality

United Kingdom- We were supposed to pay 45$ for 3 nights. On arrival, we were charged the 21% IVA and asked to pay 54.5$ despite being non resident foreigners, using a foreign card and therefore exempt. We challenged but the friendly staff member didn’t seem to understand the issue and directed us to message the hostel. We did this but we never heard back. - On our second evening, the staff allowed to check in two unsavoury characters with beer cans in hand. These people made a lot of noise in the otherwise almost empty hostel and the next morning I discovered that my packed lunch for the day activities had been stolen from the fridge. Upon talking to the staff, they told me they were uncomfortable with those people staying and told the owner. Nonetheless, they were allowed to stay. We wouldn’t expect anything differently as the staff are all young females and it is not fair to them to have to challenge weird characters.
The friendly staff. Good value for money in Bariloche. Bright and large common area with lake view. Nice hot water shower.

ArgentinaEverything is really simple, the breakfast is not good at all. The hostel got nothing so its really really boring. Its far away from center.
The Two out of the 3 staffs i got to know were great, the third was awefull. The fourth i didnt really get to know. The kitchen is nice but there are no spoons.
