Fabulous place to stay. Super friendly staff. Free Coffee and tea in the morning breakfast room. TV and hairdryer in the room. Super great water pressure and hot water in the shower. Clean room with towels provided. Great linens on bed.

Room needs some serious updating. Bathroom was really bad, not clean, super small... my kids did not want to use the shower because it was just not clean. Breakfast was nice, staff was friendly. Wifi did not work. There is no airconditioning. Room had brown dirty splashes on the doors...

They didn’t have extra pillow’s when we ask for one . Rooms are so basic and empty. The beds are so old that I was scared when I turned around, I thought everything would crack. The floor in the whole room is very old and creaks when you walk. The toilet is very dirty

The lock on the door of the room didn’t feel much safe (it was just a simple key and a handle, felt a bit old). Anyway we didn’t have any problem

It was a spacious room for a very good price, it had all we needed (body soap, clean towels). Comfortable bed, ideal even for a longer stay. It even had a little kitchen with a fridge. Staff was very kind and always available

Room was too old, beds were not comfortable, the room also has a bad smell like humidity and dust, the wifi was not working in the rooms, the building hat bad smell, also some other guests were smoking inside and they could not control it and I got allergy.

Personal were really kind, they helped me really good with an issue.

We had a double room and a single room. The bed was unconformable and we were scared it would break, every time we moved. In the single room we had problems with ants and in the double room silver fish.

The property location was nice. The staff was friendly and they allowed us to leave our backpacks there after checkout and even wait there in the lobby for our car to pick us up. Highly recommended!!

Lady from the reception even replaced our small pan for a bigger one when asked so this was very nice as allowed us to cook bigger meals.

Really good value for money. We really wanted to have something where we could cook some meals to save money on eating out so definitely small cooker and fridge were handy.

Renovation is highly recommended. We are going to reports as many places such as Google, tourist forums so tourists may know this place is not good for living.Shower doors are broken so water was all over the floor, the shower room was extremely small, and the hot water was extremely hot and my daughter was burnt likke bit. The floor looks like molded, no bathroom tissue paper, no air conditioning, interior looks like very old, the floors are molded, there is lobby.

Our group of 11 needed a one night stay within walking distance of the Ernst Happel Stadium at a reasonable price with free weekend parking and this hotel suited our preferences perfectly.

Lots of hills walking from the train station. takes 15mins to walk with suitcase

Very clean, comfortable and modern. Very friendly reception. They do laundry service too for a great price. Good location, even walked to the city centre (took about 30mins). Buses, trams and trains nearby
