Very well located and easy access by transit from the main train station. Basic comfort for the price. Excellent Wi-Fi. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

The room was not clean at all: I found a towel from previous guest, hair all over the place, I bet they never vacuum under the bed of behind doors, the wooden sink of the restroom was old and damaged, etc. No air conditioning and I would wake up at 5am as the curtains did not cover the windows properly

The room was extremely dusty, WIFI does not work, AC is not in the room and it was impossible to sleep due to the heat and stuffiness. Was not provided even shampoo

Very close to Prater and Hundertwasser house, convenient transport to the center. Very friendly, helpful and efficient receptionist. She gave us information about car park options. Spacious flat with tall ceiling. Small kitchenette with a fridge, a kettle and a stove. There are shops and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay.

The hotel is in really bad shape. The rooms are old and dirty. The tv was not working,nieder internet. The shower was broken and also the bed. Toilet is smelling like cat pee and I can say that is really not possible that is rated 3stars. The breakfast is poor and empty. There was no bread,no coffe. In general I undertand that is cheap but the state of this place is really bad.

We got two rooms for 3 of us with huge spaces. It was really lovely. It's at an excellent location, with friendly staff speaking perfect English.

The room had no decoration, it was just some old furniture, that they decided to put in a room because they had no space. The room was dirty. I didn't even want to put my charger on the outlets, because they were filled with dirt. I didn't even take a shower because the shower floor was dirty and i thought sleeping with the "aeroplane smell" was better. We only stayed for one night, but i couldn't imagine spending more time in there.

The receptionist was very kind and nice. We had no problem with our late arrival, we communicated with ease with the staff

Some beds creak a lot when you turn around. A fan in the bathroom would be useful especially in the suite for 4 people where the toilet is in one small room with shower.

We were group of 9 friends and we booked 3 rooms for 1 night - 1xStandard Suite for 4 People, 1xDouble Junior Suite, 1xDouble Junior Suite+extra bed. The rooms were big, clean, each with little kitchen and all necessary equipment. The acomodation met all our requirements - perfect location, quiet surrounding, very nice and helpful girl on reception (she answered all our questions and helped with everything we needed), great communication and payment process, lots of parking possibilities around (free during weekends), free wifi, great value for money. The building is old (we actually loved it) with tiny lift if needed - we did not use it because our rooms were on the 1st floor. There is also possibility to have breakfast in the hotel, but we did not try it due to early checkout. The reception is open 8-20 but it was not a problem for us. Early checkout went smooth, not sure how they handle late checkin. Out of reception hours the hotel is locked and you get the key to open main door.

The auditory comfort of the room, the creaking of the parquet, the uncomfortable mattresses, the extremely small and not very clean bathroom, the crockery and the dirty kitchen cabinets, the dirt under the beds in the bedroom and in the closet, the great disinterest of the staff for a German country. Breakfast the same every day, without anything hot (maybe better, who knows under what conditions it would have been cooked), total disinterest of those who had to fill the food shortages in the Swedish buffet, only if they were drawn to It's over, they're feeding.

The information provided by bookings.com was not sufficient to make an informed decision. I had an impression that the facility was a hotel. The room was not cleaned, bed not made, wifi very bad,and the level of cleanliness can be improved.
