Great location and cool vibe. Air conditioner clicked all night, mold in shower and waited at front desk for assistance quite a while. Nice touch with free mini bar so overall nice stay.

The roof top bar is often hired out for private functions. The free minibar thet boasr is not topped up. You'd have to ask. A hotel where the room did not have a kettle or any glasses to drink from. Female receptionist has no customer service focus. Rude Italian restaurant staff member who indicated the hotel is able to hire out all venues which is not good for clients staying at the hotel.

rooms were very small. We were staying for 3 nights during a European holiday. There was very little room to put suitcases without constantly falling over them and no space to hang any clothes.

After having stayed in two other hotels of the 25 Hours chain (Frankfurt and Zurich) we wanted to try this one in Vienna … the decision was never a bad one! At check in they ask us for a pre-authorization for an amount higher than that of the stay (160,00 Euro higher), justifying it as a "deposit", we don't understand why since there are no extras in the room as the mini bar only provides free drinks! As for the room, we are assigned one in the old part of the building, located on the 2nd floor at the furthest point from the lifts and with a view into a narrow and dark alley, when booking we had asked for a room on the upper floors (all written, including the hotel's reply)! We suspect that having booked through Booking.com at a more good rate than the official hotel rate, they reserve the worst positioned rooms for those who booked at the discounted rate. The description of the location of the rooms on the hotel website does not correspond to reality! Several breakfast dishes and cutlery were dirty. The first day we return to the hotel at 3.30 pm tired after a tour of the museum, the room was not ready, at the reception they tell us that they have until 5.00 pm to make up the room (where does it say? In the booking conditions there aren’t), we also go on holiday to relax! All this annoyed us a lot and ruined our stay in Vienna, starting with the receptionist who checked us in (the same one who then told us that the rooms are made up by 5.00 pm), a person who proved to be inattentive and sensitive to the customer's wishes. We have already been to Vienna many times, fortunately there are other hotels of the same category (or higher) where we were better at same or lower prices. All negative? Luckily not, the check out employee (different from that of check-in) was very kindly and professional and explained the hotel policies correctly.

Breakfast was good, few sweet and cakes, espresso coffee very good! Room was good, quiet and clean.

Unfortunately one of the staff stole 70 euros from our room. My husband had left his wallet in the room and when we came back from a walk it turned out that all the money that was in the wallet was missing. It's not a big amount, but the fact that you paid for a hotel and someone comes into your room and steals your personal things is not ok…While we were out for a walk ( we have pictures on our phone right when someone unlocked our room and went inside) we were robbed. The hotel management claimed that we were entering our room at that moment and the security cameras do not show that, but something else… As a compensation they gave us vouchers for free drinks for their roof top restaurant and 1 night stay for one of their hotels, but it doesn't change our opinion that their security for a hotel in the center of Vienna is at a very low level and I would not visit this hotel again because the security is important to me, and I guess not only to me....

At check-in the receptionist at first did not find the second room in the reservation. This took too long to solve. The service in the restaurant was slow and not polite. We never got the water we asked for. Drinks took very long to prepare.

Charging so much extra for an optional breakfast was pretty inconvenient. Their circus-themed art on the walls of the rooms and hallways may strike some people as creepy (and possibly politically incorrect), but it didn't bother me. The paint did, however, show some wear and tear, as if it hasn't been touched up lately. The bathroom is not totally private; there's a sort of peephole between the room and bathroom; again, not a problem for us, but it might bother some folks.

This was a good location, once we figured out the neighborhood. It is not very close to the subway station, but it's an easy walk. There are lots of locations to eat nearby (good, because the hotel wants way too much extra for breakfast, and the hotel restaurant is quite expensive for dinner). As its name suggests, it is right by the MuseumsQuartier facility and a short walk to the Natural History and Kusthistorisches Museums. We had a nice view of those museums from our room.

unfortunately the shower needs to have the mould removed from the walls and floor there is no coffee making or tea in the room the gym equipment was not working (weight machine)

I asked them at least 3 times for a bottle of water and in 3th time they finally had been approved to give us water ! every day. They put iron in our room without asking.Maybe I'm in wrong but I didn't feel good when reception asked me where I'm from originally and by answering Iran he asked me a minutes and did something in his computer and I have a hunch he changed our room. Even though I said that I have a problem with my ankle and I could hardly walk, he gave us most far room to elevator. Also the blanket has had a spot of blood which again they didn't accept to change our room and just changed the blanket. and the pillows has been the worst in the world :)))

First of all I believe the location has been best location. I had accessed to whole places that I had plan to see by walk. plus spa was cool, It helped me a lot. breakfast wasn't good enough for that money at all.

We have asked for compensation and in turn have been offered a meal voucher for our next stay. we will of course not stay again so this is rather useless to us, but it seems the hotel is refusing to refund us. they said they cannot change the price of the room because we had booked through booking.com, which of course is unsatisfactory as ultimately it’s still their property and they get the fees after booking has taken its commission.

We had a lovely room with great views on the 7th floor, however this is just below the bar and you can hear the music and the base super loudly until it ends at 1am and so we were unable to sleep when we wanted to (before 1am) also mid-week. it’s a shame as it’s a nice hotel with good breakfast, but the price we paid is nowhere near proportionate to the disturbances we have had. when you pay €400/night, you should be able to expect that you can get a decent nights sleep and that the heating works.

The service we received during our stay over Xmas. We had mistakenly double booked and spoke to staff about this upon arrival and they reassured us that this is fine and they can process a refund for us. We spoke to a staff every night during our stay if they could process the refund and was again reassured on a number of occasions it was okay. After we checked out we received an email informing us a refund cannot be issued and £300 will be retained. The hotel mis-led us and was waiting for us to checked out to screw us over. They played the role of being helpful and reassuring, but in reality they don’t care about their customers. What makes matter worst is they never offered the double booked room to us, as they promised to give us a refund. Not trustworthy staff - do stay away.
