The location was perfect, because I could go to the airport the next day very easily, and it was near the train and metro stations. The environment was perfect and friendly. And good price for stay

This is a massive hostel, not a hotel. Long hallways to navigate to the room. Too many young people and kids could cause a lot noises by talking or running in the hallway. There's no kettle provide in the room, you have to go to the coffee machine at the reception area for hot water. The family room has private insuite bathroom, but the shower drain is kind of bloked, a quick shower could easily make a pool. The check-in is time consuming, there's no self check-in machine available at this place as you would be constently reminded by the email from A&O about self check-in options once you placed a booking. Check-out time is at 10AM. The one before us had two seperate bookings but was reminded to get out at 10AM as well for room change, not sure if the yong people have still wait for 3PM to check-in again.

Location is perfect for our layover in Vienna, very close to the main train stantion to catch the train for the airport. But the train station is huge, you may need some time to figure out the direction once you arrived from the airport. The nearest exist to the hotel is close to the platform 12. We booked one family room for two, the size of the room is decent with two single beds and one bund bed. Hot water is available at the coffee machine for free, and there're paper cups available. Elevator to access every floor is a plus for big luggages but could have to wait for a while.

There should be more attention from reception as our room was given to someone while we were still in there, and had not done check out yet. But mistakes could happen to everyone

The place is very close to the Main Station. The hotel was reasonably priced. Breakfast was adequate but simple with no hot food available

A nice clean hostel next to the train station is a 5-minute walk away, which is very convenient if you need to spend the night and return to the airport.We settled in quickly.They gave me clean towels.Everything is perfectly clean in the shower and there is shampoo and shower gel. They also recommended where to go to eat.

unfortunately a very noisy roommate, which the accommodation (company a&o Wien ) cannot influence. I was not lucky with my roommate, he snored terribly

The breakfast was quite expensive

The location is very good, near the central train station. Is not very close to the city center, so maybe is not the best if you want to walk around the center. Anyways, you can take a tram and it only takes approx 15 mins.

The key was not working and the staff went a little clumsy about switching our room. Also, there's a staircase inside each floor, which makes maneuvering lagage quite difficult

As soon as I entered the room, a man was asking me to go to a hotel together... I went immediately to the reception and they gave me another room with just females; they also came with me to pick up my things from the previous room to make me feel safer. The light and the plug to charge my phone right in the bed wasn't working

Tv didn’t work at all. Also, no batteries in remote, even if it had worked. No cups in room for drinking water. Shower a had a little mildew.

Night desk concierge was absolutely standing! Over and above service in every way. Beds were extremely comfortable.

It is just across the vienna Central station. Although we arrived late night, they were nice. Breakfast (you need to pay) was very nice. Clean.
