Guest kitchen was not clean and they were clearly very focused on getting you to eat the breakfast provided by them there but I didn't have the budget for that.

I've stayed at an A&O hostel before, they appear to all be pretty similar. The dorm rooms feel like a room that they have just marketed as a dorm. Has every thing you would need but the focus is definitely more on private rooms. I would stay again because of convenience to train station and you know what you are getting

There are some stairs to reach some of the rooms which is impractical when you travel with big suitcases. Also there was this drunk man in the elevator that try to follow me, fortunately other girls took the elevator and ask them to come with me and managed to scape from him

Quite noisy during the night, as there are always people moving around, somehow the noise of closing doors is a constant phenomenon. Also, we had bad luck trying to have breakfast at the same time as a major group, so the place was quite crowded.

Excellent location, very easy to reach from the airport by train. The staff is kind, checkin is easy. The rooms are very clean.

Terrace was very loudy. Even you hear their voice in your room. Location of rooms were as a labirint. You have to go to far, and open too many doors to destinate to your room.

The location itself doesnt have much happening around it, but I appreciate that there were many signs directing guests to the entrance, and public transport readily available.

One of the nicer hostels I've stayed in. I was nicely surprised by the size of the rooms, and that they not only had private shower and bathrooms per room, but that they also had non-bunk beds (subject to availability)

we had to wait for 45 minutes in order to check in because the check in machine did not work and the queu was enormous and there were only 2 workers.

if you have to take a morning train from Vienna Hauptbahnhof this place is very good for it. only 5 minutes to the station.

Quite a lot of noise as there is plaenty of young people clming and going... Atthe reception they were not able to make me a company invoice, i asked three times!

The floor was not very clean. Bedding was not made in the bunk bed. Inconvenient location of the elevator relative to the rooms on the 6th floor. I had to go through the roof.

Location is 5 minutes from the train station. The staff is very smiling and friendly. We spent no more than 5 minutes at the reception.

The hallways were a bit of a maze.

The room was good. It was tidy (apart from the towel rack in the bathroom) and had everything that was necessary and nothing else. Check-in and check-out were convenient and the staff professional and about as friendly or friendlier as customer service in Vienna generally is. If all you need is a private place to sleep, shower and watch an episode of Netflix, this a good place. The location is conveniently close to the Hauptbahnhof.

The kitchen was very messy (not sure was it because of the guests or staff fault) . There were no lockers for stuff in the bedroom. It seems like they were a bit understaffed as there was always a queue at the reception desk. Also the bedsheets are not provided, keep that in mind.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, there was a storage for suitcases and the hostel was very close to the train station and Belvedere palace.

Convenient location near Wien Hauptbahnhof, friendly staff. Quite basic, but enough for a short stopover. The bed feels quite hard at first, but in fact is very comfortable.
