The room has no kitchen appliances, a kettle or a mini fridge would be useful. In order to use the kitchen you have to go to the basement and pay a deposit. The hotel is huge so it takes some minutes to get there. If you can check in beforehand do it because the hotel receives tons of guests so sometimes the line at the reception is very long.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was super helpful, they even got us extra pillows upon request. The hotel is a short walk from Vienna Central Station (Wien Hbf) there are lots of restaurants around, and also museums. There's a laundry room in the basement you can use to wash and dry for less than 10 euro.

Very dirty from the toalet which had yellow stains on toalet seat, the room where there is so much dirt on the corners of the room because of not regular celaning that it looks groose. Family room was so small that we couldn't pass each other. Breakfast had some unpolite staff and nothing specijalno to eat, everything looked quite old and not fresh

We arrived late evening directly after the flight, very tired and when we entered our room, there was nothing on beds except mattresses, no pillow, no blanket, no bedsheets. Also the bathroom was not cleaned, there was hair and soup splashes. Also on the floor dirty towel. And no towels for us. We didn't get the replacement, but we were given pillows, blankets and bedsheets ro make our beds by ourselves at midnight. The hotel was fully packed. Also it was very cold in the room and there was strong cigarette smell. Very unpleasant experience, the room was not ready at all.

Place looked very run down and was definitely understaffed. We had booked a family room, however the 3rd bed hadn’t even been prepared. TV was missing and wardrobes were falling apart. Ok for one night and cheap but not the most inviting place…

Location very convenient - very close to the central train station. Perfect if you are just passing through.

I originally booked a bed in a four-person room, but I was given a bed in a six-person room instead. After speaking with the staff, they informed me that all the four-person rooms were fully booked. Although the price is the same, the experience was not as expected. As compensation, they offered me a free drink voucher.

Best close to the train station. Close to the city centre with metro. The staff was great and helpful. It's a really quiet place. Good for money.

Worst hostel I've ever stayed in, not enough lockers in the room, no plugs next to beds only usb and they were broken on most beds, ladders are really uncomfortable to climb as expected from photos, they don't give you sheets at first, claiming they are usually supposed to be there already but I have never seen they put new ones after someone left but at least they didn't charge me for it.

There was actually p*ss in the shower - not sure if a guest did that after the cleaners were in, but it was disgusting. I also did not feel safe. I was placed in a room with an extremely creepy man who was watching me sleep (I only had a day nap because I was travelling in the evening). This is not the first review of woman feeling unsafe here. A&O where are your female only dorms? I would not sleep overnight here - this is a serious issue.

The staff accommodated me for a short stay and allowed me to check in early. The bed was comfortable.

I checked in after midnight, but I was not offered/told there were no sheets. Room was dirty, shower dirty, Unfortunately people kept intentionally waking other people up for making noise. This went on till past 5:30am One guy got up packed his stuff and left, another got up went outside for smoking. Just to come back and make more noise. I was honestly too exhausted to move. Pretty terrible experience

On the other hand – too many people. 6 floors with up to 49 rooms on each, some rooms with several bunk beds. Large basement used for breakfast is full in early morning. Mainly large groups of teenagers with teachers. Only 3 elevators, one of which did not work. Since the building is huge, with long corridors and stairs – can take forever to reach the only exit near the reception. The disadvantage – check in not before 15:00 and check out not later 10:00, if not to make some additional arrangements.

On the one hand – simple but large and clean room with all the necessary facilities (two beds in a reserved single room though), even cleaned up once during week stay. The bar is passable. So is breakfast (ordinary ham/cheese/bread and coffee). The hotel is close to the Metro stations on U1, and this is just 5 min. to Columbus Platz and Favoritenstrasse with lot of shops. 15–20 min. to the Center of city by Metro. The advantage is, one does not need credit card confirmation when booking the room.
