The room when arrived was like a sauna for me very uncomfortable had to turn all heating off and took a long time to cool . The spa facilities were great and had great views but lacked a pool .

We spend Christmas eve dinner at the hotel restaurant. However, the food was quite delay (we understand that it's busy day, but the table that came one hour after us got the food before us).

The view from the hotel room is so unique. I don't think any hotel in Innsbruck can give you the same view. The location is close to the train station and is 10 minutes' walk from the city center. The service is superb, even on Christmas eve.

Spa and wellness area could have been better.

Amazing views from the rooms and the restaurant on the terrace. Very kind staff. Parking is in the building which is amazing if you reach Innsbruck by car. Good spa and wellness facilities with amazing view.

Would have loved to stay longer and try out the restaurant as well. There is nothing we didn't like.

The view from the rooms in this hotel is simply extra-ordinary. Even the toilets for the bar and restaurant are designed to offer a maximum view over the area. The rooms are very nicely designed and well equipped. The heating in the bathroom is fantastic especially for winter.

Access to the hotel was somewhat challenging, especially with the closed parking garage. The room felt slightly cramped, and it would have been better if there was more space to move around comfortably.

There isn’t much light in the bedroom. It’s very dark. And the reading light lamb wasn’t bright enough.

We stayed in a deluxe room on the 11th floor, and the view was spectacular. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. The staff were excellent, especially Steve at reception, who was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable.

Nice trendy room with a great view over the city. Bed was comfortable, shower was good and bathroom very spacious. Convenient to transport links and the old town. Nice rooftop bar/terrace.

The parking garage is closed. There is no barrier at the entrance to warn you or prevent driving down a steep incline before having to reverse out. The temporary loading zone in front of the hotel was frequently filled with idling vehicles. The hotel should station someone out there to move cars along. The alternate garage is across the street, but remember to take the ticket with you because you need the number to re-enter the garage when it's closed. This was not explained by the hotel staff.

Good location about ten minutes walk from Maria Theresian Strasse where the restaurants and shopping are. Very clean, nicely furnished rooms with view of the city.

The washroom appeared clean but smelled like public toilet. Did not improve by turning up the ventilation. The smell diffused into the room The double bed was actually two single beds The pillows offered little support for side sleeper
