Really good location, super close to the train station and the city is small so you are close to everything else. Great bed, electric kettle, always a plus and also a fenomenal shower. Smooth check in and check out and a nice staff.

the location in google maps was not updated and had to roam around 20 minutes to find the parking the parking is a paid one of 18 euros per night

the room was clean, bed was very comfortable. the room service' lady was extremely nice, the view was amazing, the design of the room was modern and makes you have a full view for the city was well as the mountains.. one of the best hotels I stayed in. the rooftop restaurant was great .. the staff specifically Francisco was very friendly and welcoming the location of the hotel was close to the malls, city center

1) nowhere mentioned check in at 4pm 2) had to remind multiple times for room cleaning 3) staff at reception seem to be fresh out of college, with no understanding/or interest in handling customers

unfortunately this hotel very dirty! please refer to attached pictures for more details. FYI I informed the reception about this dirty from the first day after the check in directly, but unfortunately they clean the room 2 days without cleaning this dirty or care about it!! one more thing the staff are not friendly and not respectful because they gave me the worng opining time of the breakfast and also they told me the parking for free but they charged me 36 € for 2 days!!

The parking was 18 euros which seemed a little steep as the rooms are fairly expensive.

The views were fantastic, really modern and clean rooms with a beautiful roof top bar. Really friendly staff and easy parking under the hotel so very secure.

The hotels' neighborhood is not safe. The hotel is located on the top of train station. Rooms were not cleaned properly. There was a ketchup spot on the floor when I entered the room, and this ketchup spot stayed on the floor for the entire stay (3 days).

Reception people are nice and friendly. View is similar to the picture.

It was alot less from what we expected 1.We got the room late for no reason (1630 insted of 1400) 2.the one bad is made of 2 small matreses joined together that make sleeping not comfortable at all(they said there are no big matreses only the combined one in all the hotel) it was really bad sleeping like this. 3.on top of all we had a clug in our bathroom and the water filled our room .they did offer us another room that had no view at all(a biew of th yrain station) on a lower floor 4.the breakfast was poor at the least.not enough vegetables or eggs( u need to ask all the time for a refill) All and all we were very disappointed.

everything is good! except the room is little pricey.

we got a high floor room with mountain and city view, it’s amazing! the location is great too ( 4mins walk from train station). there a spa and massage available. it’s also walking distance to the old town (10mins walk).

Decor of the room is tired , carpets need replacing and breakfast is limited for such a nice hotel for the extra price you pay!.

The view was incredible. I also used to the Spa which was amazing. The staff at the reception was very nice. Highly recommend this place.
