No Tv, no AC, no light, just a lamp, no soap, shower gel, or shampoo. This is for people in tranzit. Have a shower and a few hours of sleep .If you are lucky not to hear the noises from outside ( was a lady talking all night) because you need to keep the window open if you want to brief.

The door to our room had a code form the outside yet didn’t work. To be honest I don’t think it has ever worked. From the inside it had a keyhole yet we weren’t give a key. Meaning we slept with unlocked door. We tried calling reception but it was completely inaccessible. I emailed them and still haven’t gotten any response. No toilet paper, warm water, completely empty shower gel and soap.

The location is great.

Some rooms are better than others. Equipment and position wise.

I love the hotel. I keep returning. Its simple, without AC, but most buidlings in vienna dont have ACs. You can get a fan. Staff is very helpful. I forgot something in the room and he went above and beyond trying to find the item. Super fast, stable wifi, table and comfortable chars and bed round up the package.

The room was not clean enough. There was no shampoo or liquid hand soap. Our room was not like the rooms in the picture and the walls between the rooms were very thin, everything could be heard. Even the first night, we could hear the sounds of having sex from the other room, so it is not suitable for staying with a family and children. The hair dryer and air conditioning were not working. They had put something like a ventilator, but it was working very loudly. Other than that, the location is nice, within walking distance.

The room was not properly cleaned, there were trash left in several places in the room. Someone was constantly smoking under the window that we couldnt close as the AC was not working properly. The walls/doors were super thin.

The curtain in my room was hanging off and had holes in it. There was only one curtain which stopped in the middle. You could not cover the entire window. The courtyard outside is open to anyone who wants to walk by so there is little privacy. There was also an assortment of dead bird feet and bones near the window. The room's facilities are sparce. There is no drink-making facilities and the coffee machine in the foyer didn't work. There is no TV. I requested a quiet room on the booking. It wasn't quiet because of the other guests who also back on to the courtyard. The shower is tiny. I'm a big person, but I would wager people much smaller than me would also struggle to fit comfortably. The shower curtain immediately sticks to you, so I ended up not using it and treating it as a wet room, which helped, but still wasn't ideal. I asked to change rooms and was told that I could go in to another room from Monday to Thursday, but then the room is booked, so I'd have to leave again. Better than nothing, I thought. But on Wednesday, I was given one hour to move my things back to my previous room. Also, the cleaner had already been around and threw away all of my toiletries (including an electric toothbrush that cost a decent amount). The man on reception said that this is because she thought I had left, but she didn't find my massive suitcase that was under the bed, so I wonder how much she actually cleaned. The door codes are not very secure. The code for my room was my room number twice. It wouldn't take Alan Turing to figure out the code for every room in the hotel that shares the same type of lock. I had to take my valuables with me.

The location is good. It's very near Praterstern, which can link you all over the city and has a direct train to the airport. You're around a mile away from the old town and about the same from the Danube.

Extremely bad experience. The room was not cleaned properly, the bathroom was messy and dirty. Traces of previous guests were visible in the room. Beds uncomfortable, pillows horrible. There was no air conditioning but a fan, and the smell of cigarettes would enter through the open window because the hotel staff smokes downstairs in the hotel yard. The whole hotel smells of cigarettes. The pictures of the building and the room do not correspond to the actual condition.

The stairs were unexpected and tiring since we had had a tough trip. However, the help was amazing, and there weren’t that many stairs either! Besides that, everything was great.

Someone helped us carry the luggage through the stairs, was amazing since it was late and we were already tired!

The room and hotel's situation wasn't appropriate for staying and especially for a family with children. In the hall's hotel the ceiling was missing and there was a hole. Also the room was dirty and there was no air conditioning. There was only one fan that was not clean. The ceiling of the room had cracks, and this is dangerous. The bathtub was dirty with stains. The room wasn't the same as you present in booking photos. We ended up leaving immediately and searching to find a new hotel to stay.

I was very disappointed, nothing like the pictures. On the pictures it looks very bright and clean and it’s not like that. The corridors are very tight, the walls damaged, the carpet very dirty and stained. The walls in the room were the same, disgusting stains. The small cabinet says “mini bar” on the outside but it’s just a normal cabinet and the door was broken, couldn’t even open or close properly. On the first day we had to use our towels to clean the water on the floor because the bath glass wasn’t sealing properly so everything was leaking, then we thought they were coming to clean the room and change the towels but to our surprise they didn’t. The second day it was the same thing, we had to go to the reception and ask them for new towels and why they didn’t clean the room, they said we needed to ask for it but no one informed us.
