Not clean, sink was leaking, shower took atleast 7 minutes running to get warm? The room was FREEZING - no radiators, the bed broke whilst I was sleeping, the hallways smelt like smoke all around just disgusting definitely would not recommend

The room was small and in 3rd floor, the elevator only goes up to the 2nd and then i have to go up by feet. The room wasn‘t that nice and the bed uncomfortable. The facilities are pretty old

There were a lot of problems: Heating system, hot water. I have lived a lot of problems. Sladi, who is receptionist, is a good man. He has worked to solved them. He is a good man. But he couldn't solve all of the problems.

There was an issue with one the bathrooms but nothing special. Also the third bed in the three persons room is not so comfortable - its more likely for a child and not for an adult person.

The location was perfect - The Prater is very close as OBB train station stop + 2 Subway stations. The stuff was very polite. The rooms were clean and it was comfortable.

Floors were disgusting, we were not given the apartment on the pictures we had. No cleaning had been done, the bathtub had a huge stain.

The woman at the reception was the most sullen person I have ever seen in my life. Instead of saying hello as soon as we entered, she said that you cannot enter before 3 with a bad attitude (we already knew that). She asked for our room number, I didn't hear it, so I said “I’m sorry can you repeat it”and she repeated it by saying “jesus” with a grumpy attitude. Besides being sullen, she was also rude. The location was very bad, we walked 40 minutes to the center every day. It's only close to the train station, not the metro. The rooms were dirty. There was a blood stain on my pillow. Your hands got dirty when you touched the curtains. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It was my worst hotel experience ever. The only good thing was that the rooms were too hot. So much so that we slept with the window open at the end of November

Heating to low, 18C in December. Hot water missing, bathroom door not possible to be closed, not all socket have electrical power, a lot of electrical switches that are not working. Different rooms than the room pictures received in the app.

The room wasn't the one we saw in the pictures when we made the reservation. The room was really small and we could hear whatever was going on to the rooms next to us or outside in the corridor. We stayed there 5 nights and they never changed the towels.and the lights weren't good as only one of the main lamps was working properly. The other one died the second day

Not clean, cold room because heating was not working, bad view from window, broken window opening, old hair dryer - took very long to dry my hair, only one big towel, no room cleaning or towel changing in 7 days of my stay, no shampoo - only shower gel, dirty walls….nothing was like on photos in booking

It was a hotel far from the city center, the employees were indifferent and cold. There was never hot water, the lamps did not work and the room was generally dark. The worst part of the trip was really the hotel.

The bad. We got an email with the room and building codes. Once we got this email we thought it was alright to enter the room if we could, since they literally gave us the equivalent of a key to the room. We arrived at 13:00, but the email seemed a signal the room was ready early. There was no one at the desk, so we went and got into the room, which seemed messy. The front desk lady- Nina- then came and started yelling at us saying that this was the one moment she had left her desk to grab a drink and we apparently did an awful thing by entering the room before 15. She yelled at me and my partner for 3 minutes. We calmly shook her hand, left, and came back at 15:05, and she was overly nice to us to try to compensate. Plus, the hot water didn’t work in the shower for 2/3 days we were there. So we took freezing showers until the last day :) The floor heating was too hot at times and we relied on the windows to make it cooler inside. Our time in Vienna was well spent, and I had a wonderful trip with my partner. But I’m writing an honest review of exactly what happened. We got yelled at for almost no reason by an emotional lady named Nina.

The good. Location was great because you could either walk or take metro the the center. It’s not right in the center but it works for the price. Room was plain but alright. We had a deluxe double with shower so it was two twin mattresses put next to each other on one bed frame. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. There is floor heating.
