How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

It is a basic hotel, and has everything you'd need. The neigbourhood isn't particularly interesting, but the tram station is close to the hotel, which is convenient.

We had very friendly staff at the hotel. We arrived late but received clear instructions about our room and how to get the keys. We did not book breakfast, the hotel offered it to us. There was a clean bed and bathroom. The room has shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer. The air conditioning was turned on when we arrived, special thanks for that)

Missing fridge, corridors and room doors slightly outdated, parking full for us, we had use other parking place for small payment.
Near U-bahn, relatively large rooms, stable fast wifi, nice staff, reasonable price, nice bathroom.

Basic room, no carpet on the floor giving the impression of cheapness. No cattle. Noisy street!
Nice and abundant breakfast. Very helpful staff, both in messaging and on site.

There is a connecting door to adjacent room, so every small noise is audible. However, we had a quiet neighbour so no issues
Spacious room with good beds. Good tram connectivity to inner stadt. Nice breakfast. Good safe parking.

Booking.com states that parking is available. This is misleading and it should clarify that there are limited parking possibilities and price is 15 € per day.

We came around 2pm, and were said that check-in from 3. I knew it, so wrote earlier, that we will be with dog and that we'll arrive around 1....and hoped that one from two booked room staff could gave us for one hour earlier . But at reception, after I've asked, maybe there is one room is already free, and we could leave our dog, I've just recieved one more time, that check-in is from 3 and smile. After some time, they offered to ask in 30 min, maybe one room will be free. So I didn't understand, if check-out is till 11am and check-in is from 15, and a guest asked that come one hour earlier..... it's not enough time to make one room clean? We've also asked in advance a parking-place, and at arrival were told, there is no free place on parking
Breakfast had everything you need, location near tram makes it comfortable

Some TV channels were flickering or cutting off. Pillows are very soft, a bit too soft for my liking, but it's a personal preference.
Asked for a quiet room and got it. Very clean, air conditioning works perfectly. Great connection to u-bahn and tram.

Drilling at 7 in the morning woke us up and there wasn’t a safe in the room.
The receptionists were nice and helpful when we asked for restaurant recommendations. It was very cheap and the room was nice and spacious and everywhere was very clean. Location was good, a 25 minute tram away from the main areas

the pictures do not show the hotel is oldish and needs refurbishing

There was no brush and toothpaste! Wordrobe and table were old.
The location is close to tram1 and U4 which is very convenient to access the city center. The room was clean with a good WiFi. I liked the breakfast which you have enough options for a nice start at morning.

I didn’t knew about the amenities policy before hand, as room doesn’t have a refrigerator, and hotel provide one time a bottle of water, Toothbrush and paste and no slippers. I talked with the hotel the explain it in very professional way, that the policy is to provide it one time.
All good and the staff was helpful, and the location was perfect,

The hotel room has very modest lighting.
Breakfast is good Room is clean and comfortable. Location is very good, hotel is located between two tram stops, the D line runs through the whole city and is very convenient for getting to the most popular attractions. The metro line is also very close.
