Parking for 15€ makes no sense as public one nearby costs 4.20€ a day. Think price of 10€ would be more reasonable as all parkings around are cheaper even in high season. :/

Second time here! Best choice for price/quality if you’re travelling as group of 3+ people. Very very good people working there! Very polite and nice. Clean rooms. Public transport and parkings of different kind very close. For sure recommended. Will be coming back! :)

The location has nice acces to tradport to get to city centre, amazing breakfast buffet, nice room and friendly staff. We arrived a bit early and were able to get our room a couple of hours earlier, which was super nice.

It was clean. Transport was right on the street so getting yo the center took only 10 minutes. Great eating out options nearby. I loved the host the most. Very lively and accommodating.

For hotel in city is excellent if you have bisnis trip or with family member to finish something in city ,, but is not for children maybe

It was a bit far from the city and the closest metro was 10 minutes away, but there was a tram which was 1 minute away

The “double room” was two single beds pushed together which kept slipping throughout the night as they also did not have a headboard. Room was relatively clean when we arrived bar some dust on desk and bed tables. The location beside tram line made it quite noisy and the interior is generally quite old fashioned

The bathroom was full of mold, it was very gross and the whole room stank as a result. The shower did not work properly. The room was facing the street and the tram was really loud at night, with a brief break and then again from 5am. The whole hotel is really quite old and needs to be renovated. I had booked another stay for next month but cancelled it upon seeing/smelling the room.

Spacious rooms, large windows, desk, beds and bath tub. The rooms are comfortable, clean and cool. The staff was EXCELLENT. And I mean greatest ever. I fell extremely ill as I arrived and couldn’t even get out of bed for days. It’s scary being so sick, alone and helpless in a foreign country. The staff checked on me everyday and would bring me Gatorade, soup, vitamin juice, etc until I recovered. I was so grateful. They were incredible. I don’t know what I would have done without them. They genuinely cared about my recovery and are amazing people. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at due to the staff and also the rooms- so nice for the value in Vienna. 10/10

Really nice hotel. Location is good, a few tram stops from the city center. Staff was extremly kind. We had a great time here, the beds are comfortable, rooms are big, clean, well-equipped. Highly recommend.

My room was very noisy. I was up in the middle of the night because my neighbours were going to the bathroom or snoring. The facilities are old.

The room wasn’t clean, dust was flying from under the bed, water was not draining well in the bathtub and left the bathtub diagusting after using it. I also found multiple hairs around the room. Furniture was very old. No electronic cards to unlock rooms, only keys. Very bad noise isolation, it is possible to hear everything from the hallway.

Breakfast was nice, the room had AC, so it was comfortable to sleep because during my stay it was 35 degrees in Vienna, and I had to sleep with a window shut due to the very loud tram going in the street in front of the hotel. Proximity to the tram stop and metro stop was nice. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was very nice. The hotel had available umbrellas to borrow.

Nothing to complain at all

They were totally amazing. Both of the receptionists were very kind and helpful. Everything was clean and place had such a good energy. You are in the Central in 15-20 min by train and train station is very close. Train journey was fun too you can see the city. I am already planning to come back with my family❤️
