great place, clean and comfortable! Very polite and welcoming people. The place is located about 2 miles from the center of the city. The trolley stop is about 2 minutes walking distance. Breakfast is great! It's $12 if it's not included in your stay, but it's worth it!

- small - we got the room in the end of the corridor above the parking entrance - 1st floor - heating was off, they turned it on after our request next day (lady was a bit annoyed that we asked for that) - drainage in bath needs some plumbing - air ventilation basically did not exist or it was broken - expensive breakfast (you can eat in close by bakery for 3x less price) - expensive parking (you can park 10 min walk for 3x less price)

Our room had a connecting door to another room, there was no noise isolation at all. We could have clearly hear our neighbors talking or even use a toilet. It was really pricey compered what we got.

Tram line was right outside but it wasnt so busy, so all good. Maybe watter kattle would be good in the room.

internet was not so good sometimes but in general worked quite well.

the receptionists are so friendly and helpful! they waited for me to check in later and next day I could store my luggage and go out enjoying the city. i felt very welcomed and taken care of. thank you! housekeeping lady also very friendly. room is clean and comfortable. and they have beautiful paper for the invoice :)

The condition of the equipment in the room was just horrible. The floor was “shaped” because of the wet, there was mold in the bathroom, the smell of all the room was so uncomfortable (like beer of cigarette?), the frame of the “big picture” behind bed was getting ruined, the condition of window was just terrible (almost unable to open and clean the Air), And after accidental “uncovering” the blanket, the basis was not even clean. We Just survived the night And left as soon as possible. Maybe we had a bad room, maybe they were busy (the hotel was sold out at the moment), but that was not ok due to the price…

Kind personal on the reception, near parking for 5€ per 24 hours.

Really bad smell, lack of cleanliness, mouldy bathroom or poor quality breakfast. This is just a part of the disappointment of this hotel. The price of the room is really high, but the overpayment is severe. One of the worst hotels I have visited. Very, very poor value for money.

The only good thing about this hotel is the kind and friendly receptionist who met us at reception on the day of arrival.

Very good location. if you like walking, you can easily walk to the city center, tram station is 50m, metro station is 200m. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they gave us a city map and highlighted all main tourists attractions. I really want to compliment the breakfast! It was super tasty, all food was fresh. Deserts were just prepared and still hot.

Everything was as expected and based on what I booked. It would be ideal to improve the breakfast, it is quite limited, nothing special, everything very simple (eggs, bacon, ham, salami, cereal with milk, etc. only the basic dishes). It would be wonderful if it were something traditional to the area because you eat the above mentioned at home every day! we will come back.

This is a very nice hotel quite near to the center. You can see wonderful Spittelau incinerator in 500 m. I liked the room and all the facilities. They have really dense curtains that allow you to create complete darkness, which is good for sleep. Amazing value for these money.

The walls are paper thin so a lot of noise from other rooms and from the street can be heard. There was only a thick blanket provided with no extra sheet so it was too hot to comfortably sleep.

Close to Ubahn and tramway. Very good breakfast selection. Friendly staff.
