Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe only downside was the room didn't have any facilities such as glasses or mugs, we had to use the toothbrush holders for water! A coffee machine would have been nice. Originally there wasn't a hairdryer but one was provided when I asked.
Great location right in the centre. Close to ski bus stop and easy walk to restaurants and bars. Staff were super helpful. Room was big with beautiful view of the mountain. Spotlessly clean.

United KingdomThe boot warmers were too hot I didn’t use them as they deform the moulded boot liners. Save money turn them down. The quality of the pillows was terrible if I stayed again I would bring my own.
Breakfast was great. Boot room security

United KingdomThese are not dislikes but cautions: It is not clear from the booking.com entry but this hotel is aimed squarely at families. We were among the few with no children.. The all included dinner buffet was a bit cramped which meant that dinner could be a bit of a bun-fight. The included drinks (only with dinner) were house wine or self service beer. The menu was limited but enjoyable. Where there might have been a lounge there was a slide playroom. Think less quiet lounges and more high class holiday camp. It even had afternoon tea and cakes.
Every staff member was charming, helpful, efficient & thoughtful. The room was huge with a balcony and a mountain view. Garage parking included. as was a valuable Holiday Card which gave free cable car trips and entry to may attractions. We saved 30 euros on just one visit. Location at the top of the Oetztal was great for the Timmelsjoch and mountains but a bit far from some of the lower attractions.

Czech RepublicWhy the hotel has in the name "all inclusive" when nothing is included? It seems to me strange not to have bathroom separated from bed room. I miss at least one chair in the room.
View from the window and good bed.

United Statesyou would think that a hotel called “all inclusive hotel” would in fact be all inclusive. unfortunately, the descriptions that the hotel provided both on booking.com and on their own website are incredibly misleading and unclear. the “apartment” rooms are just hotel rooms that have no access to the “all inclusive” amenities. we communicated with the hotel before arriving and checked in smoothly and were not informed that our room did not include breakfast & dinner like the website advertised. it wasn’t until we showed up for dinner that the staff told us we’d have to pay $40 per person for dinner if we wanted to eat there. the staff then proceeded to argue with us and claim they’d told us about the meals prior to arrival but when we showed them the message history it was clear this wasn’t true. the hotel seems to have built these new “apartments” recently and should consider changing their name if they don’t want to offer the “all inclusive” amenities to those guests. many people are looking for apartment style lodging, but this isn’t the place for that either - the room has a tiny mini fridge but no kitchen amenities - not even a kettle, glasses, or basic things you’d find in a typical hotel room. the ventilation was also poor despite there being a thermostat on the wall, the only way to cool down the room is opening the window, but beware smokers outside. the spa is extremely outdated and the “hot tub” was dirty and lukewarm. overall we feel ripped off and the room was not worth the money.
the property is in a great location, close to the ski lifts, and is one of the more affordable options in town. the rental shop is conveniently located and the services were good in the shop.

BulgariaThe price for one room per night (100EUR/person /night) is not to be underestimated. This price does not include breakfast, cleaning, change of towels or sheets (we stayed 4 nights). Maybe this is normal for the region, but it has never happened to us until now. And in the cheapest hotels we've been to, there was cleaning every day and a change of towels at least every 2 days. I should also mention that there was only one set of towels in the one room with two people.
The atmosphere in the resort itself - the buildings themselves, the snowy landscape and the delicious food (in the Pic-Nic restaurant) make you transport yourself to another reality and thus effectively relieve you of the usual problems.

The kitchen contains all the tools and machines that you may need. There is a laundry service at a price of 2 euros and a dryer for 1 euros.. Summer tickets are available to enter the cable car.
