Unfortunately on the balcony is smoking allowed. Our room& bathroom was filled with smoke from downstairs visitor, who was smoking cigarettes all day long. As we were with small kid, this was horrible. Really cannot understand, why smoking is, in this nice facility, on balcony allowed.

We were on the third floor and had a little backyard for the dog… and us!!! Super quality in furniture, Equipment, kitchen (Miele, WMF …) and accessories. Dog-friendly with equipment and even a bag of good treats for the dog!

Only thing I could say is it would be nice to have self opening doors leading from garage to lifts as they are very heavy with hands full and kids but that’s me really nit picking.

we arrived into the late evening but called ahead and was left all our property items needed in a night box. simple instructions to gain entrance very easily. The property was fantastic, everything from the very clean and well lit secure garage for the car to the spacious, very clean and spotless room. Bakery attached is very nice with a wonderful selection of foods , and also gifts for taking home. Receptionist was very helpful with tips on where to go and local dog rules. The wonderful ornamental cows on reception were loved by the kids and the lovely bottle of wine given on arrival was a nice surprise along with a dog bowl and treats for pooch.

Maybe better breakfast - if you want a every day different, you have to every day write them what you want next day - they do not have breakfast room and they deliver breafast to the room.

The area is adjacent to the church, its bell rings every quarter of an hour and the windows had to be left open as there was no air conditioning.

Nothing, it's not clean as should be. There are spiders in the balcony, and there are also bugs in the room. The staff are not polite specially the lady are not polite she charged me more than 120 for not taking garbage. Try to discuss with her she said this the rules and end of conversation.

You could find another hotel cheaper than this one in the same block. But I don't recommend this hotel.

When we arrived the key didn't work and we had to call the emergency number. The staff seemed very irritated on us that he had to come and change the keys even though it was not our mistake. In the following days when we said hi when we walked in the reception he would ignore us. So we did not really feel welcome by the staff. It was a little weird.. As a foreigner it was difficult to find out how to sort the trash. It would be a great help if the trash bins in the room had labels on and maybe a guide? Just so we can do the right things. We could not find out where to put the trash before we left. So maybe a better trash guide. It is just a small detail and mostly to help out the cleaning staff.

Nice and clean hotel. Rooms are a good size and kitchen is well equipped to cook good meals. The spa area is really nice. Two different temperature saunas and a steam bath. Perfect location for trailrunning in the summer or skiing in the winter.
