Nothing. The hotel exceeded our (already high) expectations

We truly liked the hotel; great modern design, excellent breakfast and a super friendly staff - both reception and restaurant! The location is just perfect: 100 m from the Opera House and main stop for the hop on hop off bus

finding the way walking on the day of arrival as the name of the hotel is not easily seen whilst walking,

Everything was great except would have liked a small hand wash basin in toilet area.

Location could not be beat for visiting Vienna. Right across from the Opera and very close to many restaurants and shopping. Also close to Metro station and Hofburg Palace. Room was large, modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom also large with nice walking and tub.

Hanging shelf that was easy to bang one’s head on. Water in the shower was very hot and difficult to make cooler.

Not really that i dont like. Lets jst say lacking. The pillows would have been better if firmer. As much as possìible automatic clean n clear out trash n refill toiletries like handsoap.

Actually can't say a negative word or have any suggestions. it was a perfect boutique hotel and it was marvellous. We'll be back and highly recommend to anyone. Breakfast, by the way was scrumptious.

It's a new boutique hotel, so very stylish and tastefully decorated and coordinated. it was extremely comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed like home away from home. Close to everything, we walked everywhere.

Obviously a lot of thought and study went into the property design. My husband and I have no negatives to mention. If you’re looking for a comment to fine-tune what exists, nothing comes to mind. We were well satisfied with the accommodations. We didn’t take advantage of the full breakfast offering since we don’t eat a large breakfast. There were plenty of eating places in the vicinity to get a hot drink and a simple roll.

The 011 hotel provided the best of what was needed for comfortable accommodations while visiting Vienna. Great location. Good big bed. A well equipped bathroom with good shelf space for personal toiletry stuff. Knowledgable, efficient, engaging, helpful, friendly and highly professional reception staff—a real plus! The transportable magnifying mirror was a very welcome feature, along with a generous amount of electrical outlets well-placed. The feeling of and actual spaciousness was appreciated. Thank you!

The water in the shower was way too hot and couldn't go colder. There was a Chromecast in the room but the WiFi was configured so it couldn't function. The toilet was in a separate room without a sink.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were very helpful. Soundproofing was very good.
