The staff was nice but not very helpful… for the price of the hotel we were a little bit disappointed (no help to get the luggage in the room, didn’t know about the city a lot etc)

The lobby was in a state of disarray and was quite disconcerting. It was rather diminutive in size, making it challenging to maneuver large luggage to the elevator.

The location is ideal and highly convenient. The cleanliness is impeccable. The beds provide utmost comfort.

The A/C hardly worked so it was quite warm in the room, the shower leaked dramatically so we had to consistently pack it with towels

Breakfast is very poor. The service is very bad both at the reception and at breakfast. Sometimes they say hello at the reception, sometimes they don't. The cleaners didn't always leave water in the room, you had to ask. The man serving breakfast is trying hard, but you can see that he is not professional, distracted. The girls don't try at all, they don't approach, they don't ask if you would like coffee or tea. When asked at the reception if it would be possible to get medicine for pain, they answered rudely, this is not a pharmacy for you. No humanity, no understanding, no professionalism.

The place is in a very good location, near the opera house. The hotel is newly renovated.

We were told breakfast was 7:30 until 12 so we had along lie after travelling and there was hardly anything left and wasn’t topped up . Next day there was 1 young girl on breakfast and service was poor …. Not offered coffee or cooked to order menu …. Fruit flies in fruit juice …. Seemed to be doing a lot of apologising for things they couldn’t supply ….. ( ketchup …. The salmon and eggs ) Breakfast was poor for the money spent on this hotel … I feel it should be a highlight .

There was aircondition in the room, but although it was set to 16 C, there wasn t any cold air coming out. We couldn t sleep at all due to high temperature in the room!! If this is not fixed, don t go there.

location is very good, no lobby for the hotel and first look is very wird, the room itself is old fashioned altough clean and tidy, problem was when we arrived at late evening, our room was already prepeared but it wasnt our room...they gave us the key to other peoples room, we opened the door and found open suitcases, lucky for everone no one was physicaly there, we got another room with a glimps of a respone ahhh- it is another room-we did not exepct any upgrade or compensation but no one even tought about approaching us with explenation...it went on like if nothing happened

Batroom floor very very slipery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and dengeruos. not even one hendle to kip you safe. I slept (skid) fortunatelly without harm. You were lucky...... I will not recomend the place to enybody....

Very late check in, at 3:30pm. No in room dining service. No balcony room available. No view room available. So photos when you book doesn’t match the reality from the view perspective.

I ordered a take away breakfast for 1 for the last morning since one of the persons staying had an early flight and couldn’t have it in the morning when breakfast was opening , so I asked to be ready the evening before, the receptionist said it’s all sorted out and when I went to pick it up there was no packed breakfast, apparently they made it for that morning and trew it away. No breakfast for that person and no refund for the unused service I initially payed for.

The boutique hotel is very stylish and neat, property is well designed and the rooms are extremely clean. There is nothing I could fault for the overall service and rooms!Visiting during Easter we had a nice surprise and got the Easter bunny visiting our room and even in the breakfast time they had painted boiled eggs. Very nice touch indeed! Breakfast staff was lovely and professional

Do not stay here! The staff are very rude. I had bed bugs, photos of bed bug stains attached below and bites. I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The first night - nothing. After the second night (so the 3rd day), woke up with bites. I have a strong reaction to bed bugs, I am a medical professional and I know what I am talking about. The staff refused to believe me and treated my family and I like dirt even though we were very understanding about the situation. In these cases, new rooms and sheets are offered with some kind of compensation. We only asked that our most recently used clothes be washed and dried and returned. The staff said multiple times “no bed bugs but we will do their laundry for them” and I pushed back and they would respond with “maybe you just got dirty sheets” which is an appalling justification. Why did we get dirty sheets in the first place??? We understood that mistakes happen so we acted calmly but they immediately acted hostile and condescending towards us. They sent a rude lady to our room who over turned one side of our bed and I showed her all the blood smears and she BARELY looked around the bed and said “no bed bugs here”. The behaviour towards us was arrogant and racist compared to other Caucasian guests. No accountability or apology was offered. It was as if they were doing US a favour. The hotel room is also not worth the price they charge. You are paying for the location. Please put your money elsewhere.

We booked a suite and it was not a suite, two beds in one room so it was not comfortable when traveling with an older child. Upon arrival we asked for a family suite which I presume was more like a suite but none available.

They do not clean the rooms properly. Pillows are way too soft to non existent. Bed covers are for singel beds only.

The room was over heated and we struggled to sleep. The mattress topper is foam, which is extremely hot to sleep on. In the five nights we were there every night was disturbed due to the heat.
