How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I booked in this hotel as I thought it is near the airport but the fact its around 30 mins from the airport to the hotel
it is clean and suitable for short staying.

The hotel was not cozy, far away from hotel to the airport, we needed to drive more than 1 hour and breakfast was terrible and cold. Juices was mixed with water (70 percent of water).

The carpet of the room was a bit too old and the color (dark fluorescent green) of the carpet was old too. Initially, the shower water was smelling a little bit (like the kind of smell you get from a bathroom shower when it has not been used for a long time).
The location was good and the food (vegetarian pizza) at the hotel restaurant was good too. There was car parking available too. The hotel staff at the reception was good.

Great place to stay staff were excellent great price breakfast was stunning Highly recommended. Plenty of parking rooms spotless.

For some reason there were missing doors between sleeping room and little corridor inside. So I could hear noise from main corridor.
Hotel is clean. All equipment worked. I liked mattress hardness - not soft, not hard. Temperature for sleeping just as I like.

Don't go here straight from the airport. It says "5 Miles away" but you will have to go through Praterstern across the river which ends up taking 90 minutes. My checked bags came late and I spent a lot of time driving. Not the hotel's fault, but don't make the same mistake as me.
Bulem the Chef was extremely kind. He gave me a plug-in outlet for European power outlets. Clean beds and bathrooms. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Exceptional pricing for someone purely looking for a place to stay with no fuss. Very nice and almisch dining area too. Incredible first impression of European hotels versus what we have in Minnesota. In Minnesota you pay 3x the price for nearly unbearable conditions.

Listing on booking.com as 5 miles from the airport. In reality it's 30km and ended up costing around €70 for a single from the airport to the hotel. This really isn't mentioned anywhere on booking.com and it's very misleading.

The room was pretty outdated (except the bathroom). The carpet was worn out and not too clean. Restaurant was not open for dinner, except some snacks (but the staff recommended us the Greek restaurant just near by, which was good).
Free parking. Renovated bathroom.

I rented a room for three weeks. First weekend I went home because of private obligations and when I came back on Monday the things that I left in the room over the weekend (all of these days were paid for, of course) where gone (snacks, cables, toiletry - altogether value of 50-60€ aprox). None of the staff really didn't do much to try to find it. Their only reply was that this was impossible and didn't bother about my complaints. They told me that cleaning is done by another company and that I should speak to manager of that company. Nonsense! Not really how you should treat your guests.
Nothing really to be amazed with. Standard rooms are disaster and only deluxe ones are decent.

there was water damage and mold in my suite. also there’s no insulation between rooms so you can hear absolutely everything. very disruptive sleep. at times it was so loud it seemed like someone was in the room, the noise was so close.
the staff were lovely. Very helpful and approachable. assisted me with a few things I needed help with and graciously ordered a cab for me. the restaurant was decent and reasonably priced

Booking . Com are fraudulent in advertising the hotel 9km fom airport. Plus newly renovated. Haa . Rooms smell of stale smoke smells It's was a shoking experience for us

you need A car for reaching the hotel.

The hotel is not 8km away from airport like said in booking. It’s more like 30km away, had to pay extra 50€ for taxi to get to the airport.
