We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustriaFantastic design. The hooks are in all the right places and plentiful, electric plugs as well. The room is very well designed very clean and modern! Breakfast was vast as well and they even bring to your table some special things they were making, something different every time (a freshly pressed juice or a small cake or something, really a nice touch). We unfortunately didn’t have time to try the spa!

United KingdomCan only say good things about this hotel. Beautiful place and amenities, brand new and very modern style. Loved the beds, the balcony with view over the garden and the little rivulet running by, the cleanliness, the shower,…everything. Top was the friendly and lovely staff. Breakfast was also exceptional. I travel a lot and here maybe it was not as huge in terms of choice as in bigger hotel chains, - but things were first quality, mostly bio, and there were all kinds of healthy options. Highly recommended.

Switzerlandno hospitality mentality, too many employees sitting around it felt unnaturally weird. Our room wasn’t cleaned the whole day, when warned in the evening the answers we got were too ridiculous whether we were sure if we did put the room clean sign correctly or not. Breakfast area tables are too close so the place felt jammed. Garden is not usable for breakfast due to bee manifestation…. Building is not soundproof as promoted, we heard every step in corridors from the room. Rooms have centralized air conditioning which wasn’t turned on… In the town of Hard, there is really nothing.

United KingdomThe bar area didn’t seem open at all. Would say that you probably need a car if you stay here. There were bikes available to hire from the hotel but with a 500 euro deposit. No shower gel provided which is unusual for a 4* hotel.
Very clean hotel, free parking and nice bedding. Good base location for exploring Lake Constance but the hotel and surrounding area is very quiet.
