Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Turkeyi didnt like that bathroom and toilet are separate in the same room. İt was too weird. The room was so hot and air conditioner was not working!! The room was too large but they didnt find any place for a minibar!!! (there was no minibar) i didnt understand how your houskeeper could not see black t-shirt left under the window by previous guest!! On the other hand, bed was comfortable (the only good thing).

United StatesNeither room had working AC. With windows open, sewer smell entered. Bathroom had soap stains on floor. Requested extra blankets on booking, never received. Requested extra towel from front desk, never received. Breakfast was unexpected extra cost. Wifi was slow, unsecured, and refused to work with VPN. Construction sounds became annoying.
Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity to the train station.

UkraineBefore booking read carefully what is supposed to be in the room, otherwise the room will not meet your expectations: you will be surprised to find no phone, no glasses for water, no water and no fridge :) Reception does not work 24/7, consider this. Some reconstruction was currently very close to the hotel, so be ready to wake up early beacuse of the noise outside. Hopefully this inconvinience will not last forever :)
Not far from the central railway station; getting from here to the center is quite easy: on foot (30 minutes), by tram. There are a couple of supermarkets around + caffees. The room is big. The bed is quite comfortable. Would be a good option for those willing to stay for one night and travel further.

We were charged for the room twice, though this was sorted quickly. our sink had the plug stuck in it so it overfilled. one of the shower joints was loose, so one setting sprayed water up and out of the shower at high pressure

United KingdomThere is a 3 hour window for check-in (3-6pm). Having arrived at 1pm we left our luggage in the storage room but had to cut our time in central Vienna short just to get back in time before 6pm to move our luggage out of the storage room. I don't think this meets international hotel standards. The decor is a bit tired, and the walls inside the room could do with a fresh coat of paint.
The hotel is clean, and the noise level is low considering the location (double glazed windows) It's good value in Vienna.

RomaniaIn the first night that we arrived the heating wasn’t working and the lady from the reception office told us that she only can help us with an extra blanket for that night. The room was really big and it was really really cold. Also the safe was broken. The other day she told us that they fixed the heating situation but the safe was also broken. Even if they fixed the problem the room was remained really cold. The water in the bathroom wasn’t realy hot all the time and i think they stop the heating in the room over the night because after 11 pm the radiator was cold. The breakfast was very poor. Only boiled eggs and some meat products with no vegetables. Reception services was bad, they didn’t help us when we needed them and they weren’t even here during the day.
The hotel was nearby tram-station and the subway station.

SlovakiaI was staying in Allegro Hotel from 19.05.2023 till 21.05.2023 , I forgot my trench coat in my room . After I left the hotel I called the staff on the reception for 2 days and I sent several emails with no reply . The answer I was given from the staff on the Reception when I called they don’t know anything and they can’t reach housekeeping because it’s 3pm . I did call again next day hoping they have checked and aware of my situation but the staff on the reception who answered my call didn’t know anything about my case I did say it’s impossible not to find a long female trench coat it’s not a hair clip by size . After few days with no reply I received finally email saying we didn’t find my trench coat . I traveled many times through different hotels and countries but never had such a bad experience with unprofessional approach to customers . I would not recommend Allegro Hotel for someone I know .
