Spacious, clean lots of parking spaces available. Very pretty area , a shop is very near and pubs and dining facilities available . Also, coffee / tea hot drinks are available with cold drinks, too

Unit is right on the road so need to draw the curtains for privacy from pedestrians.

Anita is an excellent hostess. She runs a very friendly and efficient house which we would very happily stay in again. Everything was as advertised and she helped us make the most out of our short stay.

We liked that the accomedation was spacious and that it was dog friendly. The bed was amazing and the place was very clean! Very good value for your money. Highly recommand this place!!!

Very nice and superb equipped room. There is everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Parking is across the street and even there is a public EV Charger 50 m away. ATM is also very close. Unfortunately, we stayed only during the night, and we had no chance to see the town at daylight. Anita, thank you for very nice stay.

The only minus points for me were that there were not enough power sockets (none near the beds), and you can only pay cash.

The host was very nice, it was clean and cozy, free parking. In the bathroom, there were shower gel, shampoo, hair spray, and even toilet reducer ring for the little ones! Mini fridge was available with water, beer and wine, as well as coffee machine, electic kettle and bottle warmer. And you pay for it what you think is worth. The area is beautiful and you get great value for your money. The beds were very comfy and you have privacy.

Anitas Zimmer is cosy, warm appartment. We just slept over and continued our journey. It was the best sleep ever.

The mattress and pillows are too soft for our taste but is is a personal preference. Took a while to set the right shower water temperature. If you travel in the winter be aware that most of the restaurants are closed, we are grateful to the Sicilian chef of the pizzeria to bake pizza at least for takeaway, otherwise we could have eaten the cookies provided by our host 😊

Excellent location, nice village on the Donau Radweg 25 km from Passau. Nice and relaxed host. We appreciated the coffee, tea and drinks available in the property. We spent only one night but planning to return for more days to enjoy the nature around biking and hiking. Nice art museum at the riverside with coffee house.

Spending time trying to translate in order to fill in the travel form written just in German wasn't on my to-do list, but I managed to do it. I guess it's a sign that I have to learn German anytime soon :)

Good, clean accommodation, comfy beds, private entrance from the street. Nespresso machine with free pods, little fridge with water and some drinks at your disposal for a free will payment. Coolness in the warm summer due to the thick walls. Very nice host. Great surroundings, the Danube is literally almost across the street, at 5 min easy walk there is an old renovated beautiful cistercian monastery with nice souvenirs and trappist beer shop. Note: there are at least 2 churches nearby with bells ringing, but the closed windows are enough to help you sleep perfectly. We stayed only for the night, passing to Germany, I recommend even for a longer stay.

A great place to stay on our way to Slovenia. Well worth the money for a family of four. Anita friendly and let us check in very late. Quiet with good beds and bathroom. A lovely café close where we had a nice breakfast.

A wonderful 2 bedroom apartment, where we could safely store our bicycles, on which me and my dad travelled, in the hallway. Remarkably fantastic value. Highly recommended. There's also a nice pizza place open usually till 10pm just a one minute walk from there.
