Well equipped, friendly staff

We only met one staff member she was very correct and gave good service but rigid. We were an extended family and I planned how we would designate the rooms. She absolutely refused and insisted on designating as she saw fit... Also a little impatient with the children. ( granted they were a lot of them) We also had a hot water issue which took 2 days to resolve. The owners were very apologetic and subsequently reimbursed us.

The place was amazing and beautiful setup. Spacious rooms. spotlessly clean. Great grounds. Bikes and other automotive toys for kids. Location was perfection.

No air condition. As it's nice in the evening, it's not a must but some fans would be nice.

The host Monica was very pleasant and helpful, the location is great. The room is very big and clean and facilitate, there is a refrigerator, dish washer, oven and induction cooker. For laundries you'll have to pay and extra per machine use.

Extra clean big apartment with great location. Located at an altitude of 900 meters, which means fresh air and the opportunity to touch the clouds. There are several hiking trails within walking distance. And a beautiful little lake with warm alpine water where you can swim. We didn't use bikes, but there were plenty of bicycle paths to neighboring towns. There is a classic supermarket within a 10 minute walk. Most supermarkets close at 7pm. Bus station with local Postbus buses 5 minutes away.

There is no good cover on the windows so the room gets light around 6:30-7:00. The kitchen was missing soup

Good value for money. The apartment is basic but the space is nice and it is well equipped. The location is good and the kids enjoyed the backyard.

They take money for laundry. And there is only one to use. So it's not always available. The dryer ruined some of the clothes. They take 300 euro in cash for deposit.

No washing machine or dryer in room Small fridge and tiny freezer...apparently standard in Austria but challenging if traveling with a family and needing to store and freeze quantities of food We didn't need it but note there is no air-conditioning Not a lowlight...but just to point out for visitors who may not be aware that there are strict rules in Austria around separating garbage which you should get familiar with ahead of time in case you don't have the same legislation at home

In one word: Monica. A Super professional owner with a state of the art Hotel/Zimmers/Apartments. everything is in tact, clean and tidy. Supreme location, great for families.We loved everything and thank her. the additional underground parking allowed us to load the car in a rainy day. This is a place to send your friends.

In the kitchen was missing the toaster.

Is possible to use the big underground garage. Near the hotel is a clean natural little pond for swimming. The weather was OK.

Very clean appartment.Well equiped kitchen. Nice decorated appartment, Austrian style, it looked just as in the pictures. We felt at Home immidiately. Good free parking and there is free parking by the lifts in Flauchau, if you want to go by car. You can get bread delivered in the Morning. 100 m to skishuttlebus( 5 minutes busride) and 15-20 minutes walk Home from Dampkessel afterski. 15 euro in taxi from Hofstadl. Busses do not run after 17-18. very good value. We would book again!

The location was super. 3 min. from the highway. 300meters from nice (but not cheap) cafe (Emastoa). About 1. 5km. From supermarket. Also, Falachau is in the center of the Salzburgland region. Very convenient to get anywhere in the region. The appartment was equiped with all we needed. Nice big room with lots of space for a couple. We highly recommand of staying in Pichler appartments.

The garden apartment had 2 bath rooms with toilet(for each) and one extra toilet. A lot of space for the kids and the garden outside had trampoline and playground for the kids. Also there was a play room for the kids that they did not want to leave. Tv in each room, good wifi signal & equipped kitchen.
