Great and easy communication with reception. Well equipped kitchen - everything you need, close to ski lift - walking distance, free parking place. Sauna (extra charged) was great relaxation option after skiing.

No AC in appartments; no real safe depostit box in appartments (a provided "cash box" in a closet is a joke)

We had some problems with the cleanliness. We have found an empty beer can behind the sofa, and it was quite dusty under the beds.

The location is perfect. Not too busy, but just a 5 minute walk from the ski lift. You can rent a ski depot at the lift, so you can leave your skis and boots there. The 4 bedroom apartment was perfect for us, it had everything we needed. It is well equipped and comfortable. They are perfect hosts. At the reception you can buy the ski tickets, rent a ski depot or order bread service.

The sandwich maker and the checkin at 5pm. And Tropolach is a bit dead after 6PM.

We didn't go skiing but everything in the area was wonderful. Scenery is amazing. We used our vacation for walking and exploring. Accomodation was great for what we needed, comfortable, clean and warm. Short drives with car and train took us to visit cities and more amazing places in the natur nearby. Can just imagine how beautiful is when there is snow. Looking forward to visit Austria again.

We had a great stay here! Our room was super clean and big, with lots of space to spread out. The reception was super friendly and welcoming. Price was great and totally fair for what we got. Loved the location - it was really quiet, and the big terrace was a peaceful spot to relax. We'll definitely be back!

I find the house too noisy. I could hear my direct / hallway neighbours talk, open taps, their music – basically everything. It made me feel uncomfortable knowing that they could hear me too, especially since I'm a bit of a night creature and felt like I had to walk on eggshells.

The location is nice and quiet. The hosts were friendly and helpful in giving me an extra parking spot for my motorcycle and trailer. The apartment was light, spacious, and clean and had all the amenities and supplies that I needed.

Great location, near to Millenium express. Very clean appartmant , well equipped. House-lady is very nice and helpfull (and speaks Czech). Nassfeld +Card is great bonus for stay (lots of free entraces in around). Great playground for kids around, best bakery shop in the village. It is also close to seaside (cca 2 hours by car). We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Booknassfeld.

Great location. Very good apartments with everything a family need. 5 minutes away from the lift to the mountains. The director provided a card to use all the summer lifts for free. We enjoyed Nassfeld mountains a lot.

At the end of the season it was obvious that some paintings and detailed cleaning has been needed. But it was understandable.

Nice welcome, enough space for everyone, beautiful terrace view, location nearby cable car, parking, etc. Ski slopes could be reached either by cable car withing walking distance (400m) or by individual car (15min.).

We queued a bit after arrival to get keys as many people arrived the same time. It was a nuissance. We didn't get earlier the info about the name of the apartment which would be convenient because parking places are marked by it's name. We didn't get this info upfront so we didn't know where to park.

Receptionist was friendly and gave us a lot of information. We could buy a millenium express ticket at the place which was convenient. Apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

Everything was great. In the kichen we had everything we needed for cooking, we had enough glasses, cups and enough dishes. The apartmant was clean and spacious. We could buy skepasses in the reception for cheper price. It's a littel bit of walk to the ski slope, but it's not thet far. With the apartmant you also get accas to the skidepo, wher you can stor your ski equepment and they have heaters for ski shoes. Receptionist was kind and helpful. With the apartmant you also get private parking space.
