Noises from the corridor can be heard within the room and wake you up early morning. Not a typical hotel building, it was probably a residential building before.

Room is spacious, clean, beds are comfy, though a bit too soft for our taste. Breakfast is good, but no hot meals, like an omlette. Free coffee, tea and filtered water at the reception area 24/7.

There is nothing to dislike, it's the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Breakfast was amazing, location is close to my Vienna family. Rooms spacious and super clean. Staff was very courteous and professional. Will definitely stay there again the next time I come to Vienna.

Excellent boutique family hotel. 50 m. from U3 station and 100 m. from main strret with plenty of breakfast/dining options, shopping and mall (Spaar, DM, SportsDirect). We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom family suite.Staff is very helpful, cleaning lady was very servicial. We didn't try the breakfast...

Staff were very friendly on arrival and were attentive to our needs. Location was excellent short walk to catch underground (less than two minutes) or tram services to centre of Vienna and only a 20 min ride to the airport via a taxi. Coffee available all day at no extra cost, sauna/wellness room very relaxing. Bars and restaurants are a short walk and near to hotel if you don't go into centre of Vienna.

I liked the shower 🚿 but noticed the temperature fluctuated a little bit.

Location excellent so close to transport and easy to get around. Breakfast was excellent - both local and international tastes catered for.

Breakfast was very basic (nothing warm not even scrambled eggs or so), and for a longer stay it tends to become dull. Except soap and towels, no other bathroom amenities....

Very spacious rooms, location close to the center of the city (7-10 minutes by U-bahn, U-bahn station practically 30 seconds away from the entrance); comfortable beds, drinking water (from tap, so available at no cost). Coffee facilities in the lobby, although we have not used them, electric kettle in the room. Located facing a quiet street, we could sleep and rest extremely well. By foot cca 30 min walk to the city center. We had rooftop rooms - so there was no view, but OK for us.

Location is great. Right next to Rochusgasse U3 stop and a 10 minute walk to the Rochusmarkt. Located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

We had a brilliant stay in Vienna. The room was very large, the breakfast offering was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived late and the contactless check-in worked really well.

We had a buggy and there’s a set of stairs before reaching the lobby/reception. However there is a lift from the reception area to all the floors.

Everything great. Huge room, 2 minutes walk to the underground, very quiet area. There’s also a market and supermarket nearby. Public transport is great and easy in Vienna (13€/week/person) and this makes the location even better.
