Julia was Very friendly, great place very well located, it is near to a-shopping center 10 to 15 minutes walk,and you have direct access to the amazing nature around. The apartment is very clean. The location is very nice... ‎‏We traveled with our kids. The landlord is super nice. It was a wonderful stay and we will certainly return.

The location is good, and pretty close to the train station, which we used a couple of times :-) The view from the Livingroom, over the mountains is incredible :-)

The building have two ground appartments with easy access and nice terrace. Our appartment was really clean and spacious with two bedrooms. The location is on a quiet area with no buildings near the terrace side which provided lovely view to the mountains. It is on a short drive to couple of grocery stores and restaurants. Nice if you want to avoid the crowded areas in Zell Am See with easy exit to nearby villages and attractions. The kitchen was well equipped while the washing machine was on the basement. The kids used the play area on the basement but we didn't had the chance to use the sauna room. We had a chance to meet the host Julia and she was really nice.

There's not much to pick, in general we had a good time here. The beds and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable and less noisy but these things are subject to personal preference. The fan in the bathroom is built in the shared wall of the smaller room so it can get noisy, it'd be better having a separate switch to control it like in the toilet.

The apartment is well located, outside of the busy area of Zell am See. The location is perfect if you're looking for a quiet neighbourhood but still within reach of all the attractions. Getting around to the lake, Kaprun or Bruck by bike was easy and much less stressful than using a car. There's a spacious garage to use and plenty of space to even park outside as well. The view to the mountains from inside was amazing and the two terraces were more than enough to be outside. The living room was the most comfortable place in there, spacious with nice, comfy and practical furnitures. And kudos for the big play room in the basement with table tennis, pool table and much more. Our host, Julia was really nice, easy to communicate with and reliable.

Situated in a quiet village just outside Zell am See, Julia’s place is ideally located to explore the Austrian Alps. Very well equipped and with comfortable beds. Beautiful view from the rear of the property and a private patio with furniture to spend warm evenings. Very useful that the property has laundry facilities, a games room and comes with the ‘Zell am See/Kaprun Card’ which gives free or discounted use of local facilities including cable cars. The location is also extremely quiet which is a bonus for light sleepers!

Location property were quite nice. Juliaa herself was very hospitable and polite, suggested us beautiful places & cafes to visit around the area. The property also has a basement room filled with movie dvds, a pool table, Table tennis & gym equipments. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay there when we go to Austria again.

If you rely mostly on public transport the location might not be the most suitable. It is still very doable, but there is no grocery shop close by and the bus stop is 8 minutes away which is not the best with ski shoes. Of course, this is no issue if you have a car.

Lovely stay, the place was modern, big and has all the facilities you need. The host was always there to help and easy to reach out to. All in all, it exceeded my friends' expectations.

Appartements Julia is a beautiful accommodation with a wonderful view from the sunny terrace. A very quiet and excellently equipped bike path is right behind the house. Possibility to store our bikes in the garage.The accommodation offers a Summer Card, which was a pleasant surprise for us, it saves a lot of money! Great service!

Apart from the weather...we didn't choose the sunniest week! Everything was great.

The amazing view of the mountains from the garden and the apartment. There was a lovely private garden to sit in with table and chairs. The apartment was a really good size with everything you need. The lounge was very comfortable to relax in. The bedrooms were a great size and The beds we're really comfortable too.There was also use of a games room with table tennis, pool, table football and exercise machines which we all thoroughly enjoyed using especially when the weather wasn't great. There was also a sauna available to use. Our host Julia was really helpful and was only a text message away if we needed anything.

Appartements Julia is truly a very amazing ‘home’ away from the hustle and bustle of the busy ski centre but it is only a 5 min walk + 5 minute bus or train journey to AreitExpress. It was 10 mins to Kaprun and the Tauren Spa which is lovely with it all of its indoor and outdoor pools and both for kids and adults We couldn’t get enough of the views from the apartment which was warm, very well equipped and comfortable with a range of entertainment options including a sauna, table tennis, table football and movies. The hosts very super helpful from before our trip to the moment of departure. Thanks so much to Julia and her parents. 🙏 We’ll be back!
