Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. NetherlandsToilet had issues flushing, night lights had no switches and some didn't have bulbs. Staff are not very friendly and some couldn't speak English. Hotel is old and you might get the idea that its not clean.
Close to public transport and comfortable beds. Very cheap and free luggage storage before and after check-in. Can get boiling water at reception. Everything was clean.

United StatesEverything else. This hotel is clearly not a 4-star hotel of European standards. Stained mattresses, clogged sink, missing toilet seat lid, dirty bathroom, broken furniture, and more issues that I have experienced in just one night. Wouldn't stay here any longer.

SingaporeThe location of Hotel Enziana is definitely a highlight. It's just a 3-minute walk from Rennweg Train Station (reachable by U1 from the main train station), and there's a convenient tram stop (Kleistgasse, Tram No. 71) only a minute away. There's even a LiDL supermarket inside the station, which is handy for quick groceries. However, my stay had several drawbacks. I was given a room on the second floor facing the main road—it was quite noisy, especially with an interconnecting door that wasn’t soundproof. I could clearly hear conversations from the next room, which affected my rest. The bathroom design is also concerning. The glass panel next to the bathtub is not fixed and quite unstable. It's dangerously close to the washbasin and could easily be hit by accident, posing a safety risk. The room lacked essential furniture—no table or chair, just a large chest of drawers that took up space but wasn't very practical. The wooden bed frame had bulky corner posts, and I found myself bumping into them more than once. The floor felt sticky, making me question the cleanliness, and the mattress wasn't very supportive. To add to that, the TV didn’t work and on one day, the room wasn’t cleaned at all. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. All in all, while the price is relatively affordable for Vienna, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations. With the current high hotel rates in the city, you do get what you pay for—but I would think twice before choosing this hotel again.

The location was perfect.The trams' (71 and 0) stations were very close to the hotel (20m and 100m) ,something that is very convinient for your transportation. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful and the bedroom was clean and comfortable. They also provide a luggage storage. If I ever visit Vienna again I would certainly book again .

Everything was great! Excellent service, nice room, warm and clean, you also have socets next to the bed for the cables/ There is a safe in the room. You can also leave your luggage in a separate room without any problems. The hotel is located quite close to the center, about a 20-minute leisurely walk.

CanadaOne day, we returned to our room to find the door was open. The housekeeping staff had cleaned the room but forgot to lock the door. Our belongings were inside, and I immediately went to the front desk to inform them about the issue. However, the GSA at the front desk didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Because of this, I would not recommend this hotel

Czech RepublicWhen we first arrived at the hotel, the reception area looked stylish. However, when we went to our room, we were met with disappointment. The room looked nothing like the photos; it resembled something from the Soviet era and required renovation. In the bathroom, a glass divider did not stay in the correct position, causing water to spill onto the floor during a shower (there was no carpet). Additionally, the room heater was very noisy throughout the night. There was a sticker on the wall in the room, but half of it was torn and just hanging there. Some of the plugs didn’t work. When we arrived, the receptionist wasn’t friendly. :(
The room was clean and the hotel was close to the center. The bed was comfortable, and there were tissues in the bathroom. The tram and bus stops are 2-minute walk from the hotel. After checking out in the storage room near the reception, you can leave your luggage at the hotel.
