Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThe staff promised me that i would receive credit or a refund due to a terror threat and plot. Then i cancelled my flight based on this promise and didn’t travel. They then changed their mind and didn’t honor their promise.

United StatesCleaning is sub-par, I killed a bug in the toilet, it was not cleaned after they "cleaned" the room. For people who like their windows open at night - noise from the street cones up from people, dumpster trucks cone at 6AM and make huge noise, there is also construction that is very loud. The mattress is great but the bedding is polyester, makes youbsweat. So all in all for this level of pricing it should be a better experience.
Location is excellent, walk anywhere. The building is well equipped, there is an elevator, an air conditioner in the room, good quality shower, our room had 2 large windows. Staff at the reception is trying hard to please.

No view at all - it was surrounded by wall and when the cleaning staff opened the windows for fresh air, you only got bad smells because it is really at the back of the kitchen or something. 2. The AC was too sensitive, if you opened a window it turns off automatically and you have to call reception to open a special box inside the closet to get it running again 3. There was no high table or comfortable chair to sit and check your emails etc. There was only one small chair which was very uncomfortable so the bed is the only option to sit on.
I liked the fact that the staff at reception went out of their way to provide me with a room with a walk-in shower due to my shoulder injury.

ArmeniaSafety!!! Unfortunately, it is not safe to leave your belongings in the room. At first I noticed that my sunglasses were missing, but I didn't pay much attention to it, however, I was quite sure that I had left them in my room and nowhere else, and after I checked out of the hotel and just got to the airport, I found out that some money was missing from my backpack. Don't get me wrong, it is not a bold accusation. I know that I hadn't brought that backpack with money anywhere outside my hotel room those 3 days that I was in Vienna. After when I left the hotel (in the taxi and in the airport), the backpack was under my supervision constantly. So long story short the money couldn't be taken anywhere but the hotel. I I was so stupid that I didn't put the money in the safe in the room, so I don't see how I can bring this case to law enforcement, but I hope that the hotel administration will carefully consider this case and take some measures. I will be happy to provide the hotel with more detailed information about the room number, the exact dates of stay, and the amount of money I mentioned.

IsraelService was abhorrent. They have recently installed new doors/locks - apparently. They doors are often hard to open (a staff person noted that they send up people to the rooms to help open them). I had a meeting and I asked them to make certain our lock was operating correctly (it was VERY difficult to open) so that my wife would feel comfortable to go out while I was away and be able to get back in the room. They said 'Sure' - but no one showed up. When I noted that later to the manager, she claimed they sent someone up and checked the lock. That was simply not true, as my wife was in the room and told me otherwise. As a Human Resources professional I noted that the hotel has a HR problem .Staff are nice enough, but a bit cold and not terribly efficient. The manager noted that the hotel had recently reopened and was discounted due to that. It is not discounted enough. TV remote was broken. Bathroom door does not close easily. Bathtub-no walk in shower. If one has mobility issues, that might be difficult. For the price we paid for the room, I think we did not get our money's worth. There are better alternatives near Astoria-and we stayed in another such alternative for the other two nights in Vienna.
Location was excellent. Breakfast was very good.

LatviaGot robbed during our stay, someone went through our and our parents bags while we were at breakfast. As advised by the police, it might have been someone of the cleaning staff. Be cautious and hide all valuables when staying here.
