Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustriaI had a single room - the bed was 'OK', the shower was a bit dated, but all very cosy and comfy. The view was gorgeous over the lake. The staff were lovely. The food (dinner) was fantastic and the breakfast was lovely!

AustriaThe dinner was a little expensive, although very tasty. No air conditioning in the room.
Very friendly staff, very informal atmosphere! The best thing for us was the treatment of dogs. It seemed like our dog was part of the family as well, we could take him to the restaurant and also to the beach (as long as he behaves well, of course). Food and breakfast were good.

South KoreaUnkind. While eating breakfast, the waitress asked me 10 times if I had finished. I felt that they were more unkind to Asians. Water does not go down in the sink and bathtub. When I asked to fix it, they said they couldn't. Refrigerator doesn't work. They said that the reason they don't operate the refrigerator is to protect the environment. However, it is thought that the refrigerator was stopped because of the sales of the hotel bar. Instead of stopping the refrigerator, you can leave your drinks at the front desk. But the front desk lost my baby milk. This is a hotel that doesn't have a refrigerator, is unfriendly to Asians, and takes water to the bathtub. By the way, breakfast, beach and view are ok. There is not enough parking space, so please park your car before 19:00.
