very hard to get to if driving, caused some problems with transfers but this has nothing to do with the hotel as they can’t control road works outside the hotel

No kitchen in the hotel, that it, only the breakfast is served. If you need something during the afternoon or the night, only a vending machine can serve you. The bath towels are very thin...

Good location, but not the best for the touristic spots. Subway station is close enough though. Very close to the central train station. Very clean and fair prices.

Breakfast should be included with the stay. An additional 10£ per person for breakfast is a bit much for a B&B hotel. We had breakfast from the spar which is close to the station. There are many options for breakfast at the station.

The location: The hotel is close to the station (10 minutes walk) and two-three stations away from the old town. The staff: Pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. The room: very clean, bright, Air-conditioning (we were there in the hottest day of the year so far) Facilities: clean bathrooms, towels, linen, and rooms. I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting with family.

no iron available in the room and when I requested it from the reception I was told that I can't bring the iron to my room. And i can do the ironing in the reception area only which is so embarassing to do in front of other people

The hotel is new, the room was large, clean and comfortable.Air conditioning and shower great. We had a wonderful stay, we needed to be close to the Wien Hbh to.continue our trip. Very nice area, we found shops, restaurants, park, metro all close. If you don't want to buy breakfast, there is a coffee machine in the lobby that does the job.

Arrived extremely late due to airline mishap. We were greeted by a kind, friendly desk clerk who checked us in quickly. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We chose to buy breakfast at the hotel because were leaving the next morning and found the selections tasty and fresh.

For me as a woman, the Hotel is just too far from the train station if you travel with a bag and a suitcase. I thought I would be able to access it without needing a taxi, but that was not possible. The name of the Hotel is therefore a bit misleading.

The breakfast was always similar, and maybe the absence of a garderobe in the room.

A new structure at about 5 minutes by walk from the central station, inside a new district quietfull. The noise of the trains were not hear from my room. Spacious room and well cleaned. Pleasant staff. Continental breakfast.

Breakfast starts really late, 7:30.

Everything new, quite simple, but everything you need for a short stay. Great and helpful staff. Rooms very clean, comfortable beds. About 10 min. walk from the Wien hbf, really convenient.
